I got this because I love me some Lattes. I wasn't going to spend 10$ at Starbucks everyday. Got this and it was such a gamechanger. YOu can use it for coffee, milk, eggs just make sure to wash it after. Easy to clean!

Works great and batteries last a long time. Same batteries for 3 months now and use it everyday. Wish the speed was adjustable because it’s got a lot of power. Other than that it mixes extremely well just use a deep cup.

Truly disappointed in this frother, which I genuinely needed for a product demo I'm doing tomorrow. Despite trying 8 different batteries, this thing does NOT work. For about 1 minute, I was able to get it to work only by pressing down on the detachable piece that the power button is attached to. I thought it might be an electrical connection issue since the distance of the conducting clips seems a bit too far from the nodes of the batteries. I assumed this didn't work due to that lack of contact. But nope, even after trying that, this thing won't work AT ALL even with all new batteries. Such a waste.

Product is very easy to use and works great. My only issue was when trying to remove the bottom to add the batteries the inside parts where not in place. This could have happened during shipping. I struggled to get the battery compartment open. Once it was open I basically had to put the insides back together to make the frother functional. Other than that, it works better than I expected

Excellent frother! Very impressed, had one before but forgot how powerful they are. Having fun with cappuccinos and milk shakes. But make sure the whisk is in the liquid before turning on. Saves a lot of mess and yes I've got it wrong once!!

Half the time it starts and then hesitates then starts again. Or it goes really slow then speeds up. I tried changing batteries, but finally. Just drawered it.

It is unusable for our needs. Very quickly it sends any liquid up the sides of the container and overflows. It is inconvenient because if we really need to use it, we must put it in a much larger container (certainly not a cup of coffee) and quickly turn it on and off before it sends the liquid flying. It appears the stem wobbles which is probably the cause. I am ordering a different brand, today.

Customer service contacted me about a problem with the product, they were fast, efficient, and professional. They handled the problem very well, and shipped out another product. I appreciate the way they handled the matter. I loved the product before it broke.
