I've had a silver maple tree that I grew from a seed growing in a pot for the past 4 years. It should be an eight foot sappling by now, but no matter what I do, this tree just refuses to grow and it always looks puny and half dead. I've tried several different fertilizers with no luck at all. So I decided to try this stuff early this spring. Around the middle of April, I poked about six holes in the dirt all around the trunk about 6 inches deep and about an inch in diameter and filled them with this fertilizer. The tree has absolutely exploded with growth in the past month and a half. It's grown over 18 inches in height and is completely full of beautiful, healthy looking leaves. The trunk has increased in girth significantly. This stuff has done wonders for this little tree. It was starving and I obviously wasn't giving it what it needed. Until I happened upon this stuff. I've even used it in various potted plants. The growth hasn't been as significant with the potted plants as it has been with the tree, but the plants definitely are looking healthier then they have in a while. Good stuff!!

I have arborvitae planted in horrible rocky, clay soil. My trees were languishing, especially one whose nutrients were being stolen by a neighboring tree. I applied this in the spring, and WOW! Huge difference! Even my “Charlie Brown” arborvitae has filled out and grown! Yeehaw! I’m ordering more for a fall application. Love this stuff!

i bought this for a particular sycamore tree. i used those hard pellet type things last year and hated using them. i have probably dug about 14 holes around that large tree. this product is cheaper and easier to use. i think it will sink down faster as a powder than the hard pellets. i will likely buy it next year, as well.

I bought Tree-tone specifically for my young Eastern Redbud tree after hearing great things about it, and I’m already seeing positive signs.
