This Adjustable Gymnastics Bar is 4 feet wide and adjusts at 36, 42, 48, 54, and 60 inches high. The base has a 4 feet by 4 feet footprint, and the wood dowel is 1.5 inches in diameter, sanded poplar wood. The steel bar design has been powder coated, and includes rubber end caps and easy adjust lock bolts. The bar will hold 300 pounds. The higher the skill level, the lower the weight limit. Recommended for gymnasts up to 150 pounds and a skill level 4, with base extensions recommended at 70 pounds. Easy to assemble. You will need a screwdriver and two wrenches.
