The Memory Prescription Book
We liked this book a lot. Explanations are clear and easy to follow. It has exercises to help keep the mind active. This book also contains information about food that is recommended for improving the mind. I would recommend this book to anyone who wants to begin studying about the mind and what to do to protect it and improve it.

There is hope to rewrite your brain!
The book gives you hope on how to address a memory issue when it hits you out of the blue...or almost.I didn’t give it 5 stars because I didn’t complete the program

Wife's Name?
There is nothing small about Dr. Small's suggestions because he covers ALL of the influences that affect memory - diet, exercise, attitude. In addition he suggests several ways to simplify the task of remembering seemingly trivial items - like your wife's name. (LOL).A charming book to help you improve your habits.Charles Muhle

The Memory Prescription: Dr. Gary Small's 14-Day Plan......
Very well written and organized. The many different "areas" of the mind and body are delt with, and the reader can choose the recommended daily "routine" or else choose only a special activity for concentration . . . . such as right-brain and left-brain activities, or nutrition or exercise concerns. Methods for relieving stress are covered.

Bingeing, butts, and skip the elevator...
This book will make the author quite a bit of money. He has thrown in everything but the kitchen sink.Do you need to firm your butt, there's an exercise. Need to make a cheesecake for 12, there's a recipe. If you're a vegetarian, heed the memory prescription and be sure to get essential amino acids. And did you know, the biggest problem with drinking 8 glasses of water a day is that "it is such a bore to pour." The bottom line is: This is a big waste of money! Its only therepeutic value is that it is written so poorly, the aggravation alone will keep your memory sharp.

Another great aid for brain health
Dr. Gary Small is the definitive expert on caring for and maintaining a healthy brain. Anyone who is approaching 40 should be thinking about how to assure that he or she ages with excellent physical and mental health. I strongly recommend Dr. Smalls books and classes.
