There is so much to like about this screen design & installation.I liked my first screen so well that, several months later, I bought a second for another door.-- The screen fabric is STRONG, resistant to accidental pokes from, say, screwdrivers in your pocket & such.-- The screen fabric is a nice GRAY or silver color, hardly invisible. See photos.-- Unlike many other magnetic screen designs, this model's fabric has no visibly annoying black stripes. It's quite CLEAR and unobtrusive.-- This design comes in VARIOUS SIZES for a better fit.-- Installation is EASY.-- The gum adhesive on the back of the Velcro sticks very well to the door frame & header. But be sure to use the tacks provided along the top strip, as that strip, even wider than the side strips, may pull away eventually. Mine did.-- For unknown reason(s), perhaps language differences, the vendor weirdly states that his top Velcro strip is 4 inches wide. WRONG. It is 1.5" wide, which is quite adequate. Heck, if it were actually 4" wide, it would likely not even fit some installations. The vertical side Velcro strips are 3/4" wide. See photos for proof of measurements.

Love it! Easy to install and affordable

Bought this for on our back door. Installed it very easily 2 years ago, and it has worked like a champ both as a doggie door and a liberating screen that freed my hands to hold things while maneuvering easily in and out. The magnet pairs down the middle quickly and efficiently re-zipped the 'door" behind us.Worked so well for 2 years. This pastfew months the edging began cracking and the magnets have begun to fall out. Not complaining because it held up very well given the beating it's taken by the sun and weather elements.Ordering a new one. I'll probably use electrical tape and staples to fix this old one. When fall is fading I plan to swap out the new one for the old one and leave the old one up over winter because I still like having it "shielding" the back door a bit, but I don't want to expose the new one to the winter elements.Bottom line: Great product. Recommend.

I don't know why amazon won't allow me to show a picture. This is the only brand that I will use. It may work different for other people,But this is my fourth purchase and the doors have been different sizes keeps the bugs out.Looks like a traditional screen door and It's Sturdy.Never have had a problem.

Bunch of option for this type of product. Have used several brands/types over the years. Adhesion solid! DURABILITY even better than solid! Magnet completely encased by material. To date, BEST brand by far. Superior to previous versions. Suggestion, please do measure door opening/where your going to adhere to & consider adhering HIGHER than usual for larger opening/split towards the top because the screen material is not as flimsy as other brands(this may mean consider adding a inch or two to length).....very important for tall peeps. Thank me laters.

I installed this screen on my door outside frame. In the summer it stuck just fine. A few months later after a month of cold weather in NC and you walk through it and half of it fell off the frame onto me. That sucked. So had to pull the whole thing down as it looked stupid half falling down like that. the problem then was some of the adhesive was still sticky and some not so how could you store this thing in the winter (you can't fold it ). Next spring I am probably going to have to nail it up , which is intrusive.

The media could not be loaded.  This magnetic screen was exactly what we needed for the back door to our house. Keeping the bugs out when we have the back door open during nice, cool weather has been a challenge. This magnetic mesh screen is great quality, sturdy and was very easy to install. I used the sticky adhesive strips that came along with it. Beware, they are VERY sticky, so make sure you measure out and place marks where you need them to be before putting it on. Once you pop that sticky strip down, it’ll be difficult to remove. Measure twice, cut once, right?The mesh screen itself is thicker than others and the magnets are actually sewed into the fabric, so they can’t slide out or pop out.4 stars out of 5 for 2 reason.1) it would be nice if it had a little tab in the middle to pull the screen apart. It’s not that big of a deal, but would be nice.2) wish it had someway to keep the 2 openings actually open. Others I’ve seen online have little ties or straps to keep the door open on both sides.Other than that, great quality, easy to install and it looks very good!

The screen was easy to install and works great. Easy accesss through the midland the magnets are strong to keep the seem closed.

Very reasonable price. Easy to install, peel and stick. Tape very adhesive, I attached the mesh to the tape by velcro very easily. Came with extra tape so I could tape the sides, magnet in the middle worked very well. Fitted my door way perfectly. Excellent product. Very happy with it.

This was very high quality for the price. The Velcro stuck very well. Size was perfect. Measured door before ordering. Screen was sturdy and soft material. Magnets were every 4"-5" down the seam of the opening made for secure easy hands free closing. I would recommend buying it.

HEAVY DUTY fiberglass screen - UNLIKE the Magic Mesh it replaced, this one doesn't fray into strands of gossimer polyester that hits your face like spider webs. The hook and loop tape holds securely thanks to its complete coverage rather than a bunch of strips. The extra wide tape provided for the top strip really helps prevent sagging (another annoyance with Magis Mesh ) Our 85 pound blood hound loves it. She can lay inside looking out over the deck. Critters in the yard can't see he rthrough the screen but she certainly can see them - she's just a tad slow for most squirrels but definitely keeps rabbits out of the veggie garden
