After surgery last spring, I ended up with one side half a cup smaller than the other. Not wanting surgery again, I decided to try this and am tickled with the results. It is just enough to even out my breasts and make everything look the same. The inserts stay put, they are discrete, comfortable (I don't even know they are there) and the adhesive works well. The only issue I've had is the cellophane to cover the sticky when not in use ripped.I'm so happy that I found a non-surgical option that allows me to look nice & feel confident!

These work..fill my bra cups—push my elderly bossoms to just overflowing—do the job but are quite hot and need to have a cotton covering which I will make for mine. The look like they will last for a while and can be washed for sanitation reasons.

Good fit but u was dancing one day and they popped out my bra. I will never use again.

These inserts filled out my bra and made my small bust look fantastic. The inserts were too big to fit in my sticky bra, but worked great inside my small festival top held down with some fashion tape.

They help to fill out a bra nicely and they stay on well without slipping or moving around. Just be sure to clean after every use. I would have given 5 stars if they came in different sizes because they would fit me better if they were a bit wider.

These are a bit larger than I expected. Using them with my current bras (I'm a 32B) I find myself on the verge of popping out and exposing myself. However in a full coverage bra, or a cup size up, these would work well! I have never had natural clevage before...but I feel like these verge on too much...if thats even possible. ;)
