how long are the sleeves any tall girls here?

I wear a 37" sleeve. See my 5 Star review of 21 September 2021 for a photo on my arm.

Would this fit someone whos 322-333 pounds but also loosing weight?

The item is very stretchy! The top ranked online review has some nice photos demoing the stretch although she professes to be about 1/2 your size.
