Why did you pick this product vs others?:Ive wanted to try a face steamer for awhile. I have deep pores, and aging skin so im looking for non invasive products to assist with keeping my skin in check. This facial steamer is functional & attractive with it's deep green color. The heat was is a little much for me in the beginning, im doing just a few minutes of steam & working my way up.

It says don't go past 5 ml of water, my husband accidentally added too much & it spat out big droplets of water instead of steam & ultimately burned him. It doesn't last no more than about 5 minutes then you'd have to refill it again. It would be perfect if the water container at the bottom was larger so it'll hold more water & burn for longer but you get what you pay for. It's okay for temporary use or just wanting to try facial steaming. But it wouldn't be something I'd let my teenager use, just because they don't follow instructions too well & may add to much water & potentially burn themselves.

Already tried this out and is pretty simple to use. It comes with a card mentioning it might smell like plastic but tells you how to get rid of the smell. Comes with a cute headband which unfortunately broke on the second wear of it. Good thing I have my own headbands. But overall a pretty good facial steamer but don’t fall in love with the headband (unless you know how to sew)Update: life got busy and a few months went by without using this steamer. When I went to turn it on, nothing. Maybe because I let it sit too long without use? I wonder if I still continuously used it it would still work. Who knows

It heats up quickly and includes a 4-piece extraction kit and hair band. Great for at-home facials, but has a short steam time (~10 mins) and small water tank. Best for light, occasional use—not heavy-duty spa sessions.

Unfortunately, this product has been a bad investment for me. It gives off a strange smell when in use and during cleaning, a dark, coffee-like liquid comes out. I am not sure how safe or suitable that is for something meant to produce steam for the face. Returning it. Overall, I would not recommend it based on my experience.
