Had I pulled the factory radio first I wouldn't have needed this as the factory radio adapter was removeable. It works.

Pure junk. Absolute Trash. Fails on SO many levels.I bought my father a Pioneer DEH-150MP because the Factory Stereo failed in his 2007 Hyundai Sante Fe.And before anyone thinks that I'm being mean because this is my first car stereo install. This is not my first rodeo. I have installed 8 Car Stereos. Always Standard DIN size. And I have never encountered a Dash Kit that failed like this one. And Pioneer DIN Size radio's follow the DIN Standard to the T (this is important for the rest of the review!).So this Dash Kit (which is wrong to call it that) fails on so many levels.The main issue. The after finally getting it together the Pioneer DEH-150MP sleeve won't fit. What the Heck!?! This is a Din/Double Din Kit.....it supposed to fit even without the storage sleeve?!?Okay so just slide in the Pioneer DEH-150MP.....WAIT WHAT. The Radio itself doesn't fit!?! 0_oSo this had to be done. My Father and Mother and two little niece's were leaving on out of state road trip. A CD player was absolutely necessary for Sanity with small children!!!So took a snipper to it. Had to tear the plastic apart to FIT THE DIN SIZED Radio. Had to tear further to fit THE DIN SIZED RADIO SLEAVE.Sizing is so important. This is not a dash kit. Its a pile of plastic garbage.And the best part....The screw holders each have to be attached separately and that takes up a ton of time.So now I have a nice radio in my Father's car that looks like crap thanks to Scosche.Thank-you Scosche.This is Scosche's fault. If they can't be bothered to follow a standard and its sizing that has been around since 1984.....they will never get another dime from me.I suggest you avoid this product and all other Scosche products if they can't be bothered to make sure items are precise.And so you don't disappoint those that you love....avoid Scosche products.P.S. My Father understood as I showed him how the radio much less its sleeve would not fit.He was understanding. But even with the Pioneer DEH-150MP Bezel you can see the cuts I was FORCED to make.

This mounting kit was close to an exact fit. The trim plate didi require some trimming, but that is to be expected for differing receiver brands. I would have liked to have seen a more substantial mounting bracket. This one is plastic. It does the job but would be better if it was made from a stronger material--metal.

It fit very porly and left big gaps around the radio and is a generic piece that has to be substainaly modifed to fit the opening in my 2007 hyundia santa fe. Do yourself a favor and buy metra instead of this cheap junk. It was very hard to line up the mounting tabs and required force to get parts into place.

Ordered to fit an after market ddin radio into our car and it does fit very well and installation was reasonably easy.Only reason for 4* is that $30 for a few pieces of plastic is a bit pricey, but otherwise ok.
