The app is no more available on UK APP store. Anyone else facing same issue ?

I just checked the Apple AppStore and the app is there. It’s called Femometer My Fertility Tracker.

Do you need to continue checking LH levels after the surge has occured?

When you are in the peak I think they recommend checking every 6-8 hours to better identify the exact point of ovulation (it should say give more details in the leaflet you get provided with). Then after that point you can check for a day or two (once a day) to make sure your LH levels have indeed started to drop (as would be expected after ovulation) but do not need to continue once you've established that. Hope that makes sense and answers your question.

How long does it take for the ovulation test line to show?

If your close to ovulation you should get 2 lines it has to be the same colour as the control line for it to be a positive also test between 11&3pm for best results my gynaecologist said these times

How soon before ovulation does the test show a positive line? Or is it only on day of ovulation? Thanks xx

You would usually ovulate 24-48 hours after a positive result. Your day of ovulation would be marked as the day that receive a negative result (line is fainter than the control line) after your LH surge (when the line is as dark or darker than the control line). Hope that makes sense.
