I am the proud owner of this fascinating book. It was well written by Porter Shimer. He delves into the many ways one can feel better...both physically and mentally. My father was a Shaman and as I read passages of this informative book, I'm often reminded how my own father was able to heal me and my family members with what the author talks about, healing ways. I read some of the negative reviews posted by others but let me tell you I could not disagree more. Don't be fooled by negative reviews. Buy the book and find out for yourself how one can remain healthy with substances that exist all around you. My father taught me these truths and they're all in the book for you to learn. Enjoy and stay healthy.....a'ho!!!

First off, This book came really quickly and was packed in a prestine matter. After opening and reading the first page I was hooked. I couldn't put it down. I only wish it could have been longer! The best thing about this book is that I can use it as a tool. Safe to say I will be bringinf it with me to all of my appointments. I am so happy with this purchase.

Another great book from my library about herbs and supplements.

I bought this as a gift, so I didn't read it all, but the book itself is beautiful and well made.I expected it to look nice from the images on here, but it is so much nicer in person.I was really happy to be able to give this as a gift❤️
