Pro: 1. Blocks light very well. Some light still comes through the nose bridge area, but it does a better job in blocking light than the traditional eye mask2. I can blink with ease while wearing the eye mask. I have a smaller face and it is easy to adjust the tightness of the band and still feel comfortable.3. Material is soft and comfortable on the face. Overall construction is not too bulky.4. Washable.5. Excellent sound.Con: 1. Control box is large and bulky (2in by 1.5in). In this day and age, bluetooth headphones has become smaller and smaller. I cannot fathom why this one is so large. Instead of soft round edge, it it a box with four uncomfortable corners. If you sleep on the side, the control box would hurt your left cheek bone/jaw after awhile. I tried moving it higher because there is more padding. It helps but it created a bulge that makes it hard for you to lay flat on your left side of the face. My neck hurts after awhile. I ended up taking out the control box and have it hang outside the mask. That helps.2. Sleeping on the right side feels more comfortable because the control box is not on that side.3. Hearing piece is large and hard. Sleeping on either side would cause aches on both ears.4. Slow charging. It does take at least 2 hours to fully charge for an exact 8 hour use. My exercise bluetooth headphone has longer battery life and much shorter charging time.Overall, it is a great sleeping mask if you only sleep on your back. You cannot sleep comfortably on the side or toss and turn. I wish they have another opening for the right side, so I can sleep more comfortably on the left. There are drawbacks but if you are not a side sleeper like me, you can enjoy this immensely.

If you wear an eye mask to sleep and frequently listen to music/audio to help fall asleep, then this is the perfect solution! Eliminate the headphones/earbuds and shit off/advance songs straight from the eye mask without the light of phone! The only reason I took one star off was bc the instructions included were not very clear. In fact, I almost returned it for “not working” but when I went to the item on Amazon to do so, I saw better directions that allowed me to figure out how to turn on/test & connect to Bluetooth (hold down play button to turn on/off).

I love this Bluetooth eye mask! I've been wearing an eye mask for restful sleep for a while, but when I discovered Headspace Sleepcasts, I wanted a version with built-in headphones. The mask itself is soft and doesn't leave marks on my face. There is a small roll of fabric near the nose that totally blocks light that might come in where other masks gap. The speakers are flat and I have no issues as a side-sleeper. The velcro closure in the back makes the mask adjustable for different size heads. I charge it once a week or so (I don't have sounds going continuously all night, so YRMV). My only concern is that I haven't yet washed it, so we'll see how easily the electronics come out and go back together.

It uses bluetooth so you don't have to worry about wires. Since my purchase I sleep better at night, I can fall into a deeper sleep and stay asleep. They are very comfortablb. The sound quality is much better than I expected. This is exactly what I was hoping for.

I could go on and on about my mask and headphones. It is life altering. This is designed for comfort, functionality and pleasure.The sound is great and it pairs seamlessly with my Fire tablet. I select my Youtube meditation or sleep music, press the middle button, secure the velvety mask and go into "blissful escape mode," be it meditation or sleep. The first night I slept 6 hours without waking or interruption and felt so refreshed.It does last a long time, and it charges quite fast. I'm thinking 8 hours of play and less than an hour for a full charge sounds about right.Do yourself a big favor and buy this mask now...it would be a wonderful gift for anyone, too.

I like to stay up and watch TV, my husband likes to NOT stay up and watch TV. I bought this sleep mask with headphones because I thought he could listen to his "whale" music and sleep while I watch TV. I crossed my fingers and held my breath! IT WORKED! He loves them! They sleep mask covers his eyes so he doesn't get the glare from the TV. They are soft and he and breathable so his face doesn't sweat and he can listen to his whale music all night long! Terrific!

This mask blocks all the light from a flickering t.v. or light in the room. The sound is really good for a sleeping environment. When the left and right speakers are adjusted just right, the sound seems to come from the top of the head......very even and very calming as I listen to relaxation music or meditation music. Very soft material. Very comfortable. Highly recommend.

I wanted a bluetooth mask because I like falling asleep to meditation or soft music while my husband watches TV. This item is perfect for that. They are soft and comfortable. The bluetooth is easy to setup and works perfectly with my phone charging on the nightstand. The only thing I would say is that the eye part isn't as snug as I would like (even though it is velcro) and doesn't keep the light totally out. But it is fine bc I have my tranquil music to fall asleep to!

Falling asleep listening to podcasts has never been better.
