Yup, It's Hazard Warning Tape Alright!
Really not much to say about this tape. It's yellow and black striped tape that sticks to smooth surfaces. The only negative thing I found is that the tape has a bit of stretch quality to it when you remove it from the roll. So, if you remove it from the roll and adhere right away, the tape will want to slowly contract back it's original density before it was unrolled. This causes the tape to come up and release; especially if the surface isn't completely smooth. In my case, it happened on a clean, smooth surface. So, unroll it and let it hang for a bit before applying. This remedied the problem and the tape hasn't come up since.

Stretchy
Sticks very good but is easily stretched. Not a big deal just makes it a little hard to apply in a straight line.

Claim your space with this handy tape!
I am a teacher. Students sometimes have boundary issues. My desk and filing cabinets hold not only supplies but lesson plans, materials, and sometimes information that I don't want students to have access to. So, I bought some tape and laid out a caution line on the floor to delineate my 'no cross' zone.Oddly enough, it's working like aces. It was inexpensive, it's holding up nicely, and it is a very real reminder to the students that this is my area.

Solve the garage problem
I bought this tape to cordon off the "this is my area" in my garage. I live in a world of family members that figure any open counter space (my work bench) is available to stack their stuff into. The tape allows me to cordon off "my" area and have rules. This is a replacement tape. My earlier tape lasted about 11 years and worked effectively to indicate a boundary of "off limits" to the wife and teenagers. The new tape worked well after scrubbing the concrete garage floor and has already helped define the "dad" boundaries.

Stickier than expected.
I found the tape to have better adhesion than what some of the other reviews led me to expect. I bought this with the intention of using it for light switch plates and it worked adequately for the job. I don't think it would work well on a concrete surface or something with dirt since it isn't nearly as sticky as duct tape. I would compare it to a masking tape or there about so if masking tape works for your application, this should be fine too.

It is what it is.
I used my tape to mark the danger zones of my motion flight simulators. It looks good and makes a point. The only reason I would give this four out of five is that I would prefer the yellow part of the tape be more reflective and to have more than 18 yards for the price.

This is top grade. Just clean surface (I use rubbing alcohol) and apply tape. This product sticks and is pro grade. I looked at a lot of different sources and should have just gone to Amazon! You will be impressed w/ this hazard tape!

Decent tape
It's easy to apply; overlapping allows it to cover wider areas; and it's eye-catching. I have it in an outdoor location, but not long enough to know how well it will hold up.
