Windgoo 6.5" Two Wheel Self Balancing Scooter with Built-in Bluetooth Speakers and Carry Bag (Pink)

My little girl was so excited about her first hoverboard, unfortunately the voice repeats none stop to connect to bluetooth device, this is loud and constant and very annoying, it also looses connection when you do connect. I have requested a refund but this has not yet been resolved.
