Ancho Dried Whole chile Peppers - 8 oz.

A lot of dried peppers. All were just like you would find in the grocery store. I am about halfway through the bag.

Quick. Took forever to grind up however.

These are pliable, fragrant, flavorful, and easy to rehydrate. I make a lot of Mexican food, and will continue to buy these.(I have purchased hundreds of products at Amazon. com. I have never received a product at a free or discounted price, as of this date. Much smaller than expected. Had to use several peppers instrad of just 2 to achieve flavor.

Nice taste. Got these to make Mexican Choriso and they worked well.

Great product

Huge bag, but I've already found several recipes to use these for. I made a fresh saute sauce with this and some chipotles in adobo (with roasted tomatoes, onions, garlic, cumin, and salt) and the chicken came out absolutely delicious. As soon as I get through this bag, I'll be sure to order more. Thank you!

These chilies were dried out and brittle. I had to throw most of them out. Very low-quality!
