Update- February 27, 2019. I ordered these at the end of July, 2018, and both, BOTH, of them burnt out today. At the same time, poof. The last two I used lasted for over a year and a half and that is making me wonder if packaging them with no packing around the bulb also shortens their life span? They worked perfectly when I used them, and were working fine until about an hour ago. I will still buy them here, because they are still less money than elsewhere, BUT, now I'll know that they have a life span of about six months and will purchase them with that knowledge. End of Update.I have to say I had no problem at all with these lights, but I suspect some problems arise because of the shipping. These bulbs arrived with just barely sufficient packing around them to keep them from being jostled. I can tell you from past experience, when shipping Halogen bulbs, the packing has to stop the bulbs from any sudden and sharp movements. Both bulbs I ordered worked perfectly and the big added plus was that they were half the price here than any place I'd shopped near my home. I would recommend using heftier packing when shipping these, but overall, I cannot complain as they function just as they should.

This is the third item I have ordered and is marked with "Problem With Order. I have not had a problem. I had gone thru my orders yesterday checking my order based on a question from someone who had a question regarding the product. This "Problem With Order" just happened today and I would like any previous orders or future orders not to place that on my order list. If I have a problem with an order I call and talk to an Associate. Thank you. I have been very pleased with these items and will continue to buy them as needed.

I got lucky with this shipment! In spite of NO protective packaging, the bulb didn’t break in shipment, and works.Please protect light bulbs and other breakables before shipping out, one piece of bubble wrap won’t break the bank.

Have an older stove and been looking for replacement lights for awhile. These worked great in both dim and bright settings.

We mounted two of these years ago over our remodeled bathroom sinks. Perfect color and dimmability. When they burned out, all we could find locally were newfangled bulbs, with wrong color, wrong spread, and little dimmability. No sir! Not those! We were relieved to find these at Amazon. Ordered a pair, screwed them in, loved them for being just like the original, and ordered two more pair for the future (These burn out after 3-4 years).
