I recently purchased the "iBELL 200-89 Inverter ARC Compact Welding Machine" and I am absolutely thrilled with its performance. After using it twice, I can confidently say that this product has exceeded my expectations in every way possible, earning it a well-deserved five-star rating. Machine feels solid, easy to handle because of small size, clamps are of good quality, In box I received a welding spectacle along with 2 clamps, metal brush & welding machine. This machine has 4 adjustable settings as mentioned in desc. Which are Amps, Arc force, Vrd & hot stick function I used this to weld a thick metal on a farming equipment and it worked nicely. Machine is powerful at it's highest settings. Four stars because of slow customer service. On box it is mentioned that machine should be registered within 10 days from billing date but because of slow customer service ibell team didn't registered my product for warranty even though i sent them all the details within 10 days as asked by them.

Being a software engineer, do understand that I've never ever done a Weld in my life. So was skeptical on how to proceed. But with iBell's customer support reputation and extended warranty assurance, I was confident on my purchase. Amazon delivery was quick(to Cochin, Kerala) despite the quarantine/lockdown. Kudos to Amazon's delivery team for this. iBell's customer care contacted me the very next day and assisted with registering the product and extending warranty to an extra 6-months. They also mailed me a certificate for this. The machine itself is very tiny and light-weight. And the strap is heavy-duty and will surely come in handy for roofing projects, where you can hang the welder on your back. The clamp/ground wire - I feel is a bit too short (1 meter), though perfect in my case. The stinger wire is longer(2 meters). After welding intermittently for 30 minutes, there was no heating found in the machine. Now the small digital meter in the front shows you exactly what amperage you are setting the machine too. My first test was on 16 gauge steel tubing and this came out really well. I was able to weld at even 40Amps, without the rod sticking too much. Although in the beginning I tried setting it to higher like 75-90Amps to get the arc going. Since I was using 16 gauge material, the higher amperage started blowing holes through the material. I then went with 2.5mm 6013 rod and at 40Amps, was easily able to make myself a computer table frame as shown in the attached picture. Overall this has been a perfect purchase. I love the fact that the customer support called me to follow up with the before and after delivery aspects. If you have a little more money to spend, I would recommend the just higher model instead (IBL M220-76) which can control "Arc Force" or how much you dig into the weld material. I think that would be immensely helpful to beginner welders or DIY-ers who want to tinker at home. Definitely would recommend this and if need be would happily purchase this again.

Seemed to be a good welding machine but very quickly proved to be a bad quality make. Within less than one month it's electrode stick holder broke. Poor and thin plastic joint.
