I tend to like solar lights. Less digging and running cable, to say nothing of the electricity. So I have been purchasing a lot over the last few years.Some are ok, some have been junk. This one is neither. It is superb.I waited a little while before writing this to give me time to see how well it works. And I must say after a few weeks of various winter (low light levels)and cloudy days, to no sun at all days. It has performed well. I have also tried moving it to different locations around the yard and it has worked so well that I will be ordering a couple others for those spots. I cannot say for longevity yet. Which I consider a year or more. But for a few weeks with some nasty weather, it works well. Oh, I forgot to mention it puts out a lot of light and has two poles so you can adjust the height. Which was an unexpected bonus.

I was really hesitant to order this light because I thought it's a little too expensive and yet again another poor performing solar light that would end up in my basement. I currently have 8 stainless steel solar lights lining my walkway and they usually go dark around 11:30 pm and they provide more accent rather than functional lighting. When I received this light I placed it next to my current lights and it was amazingly much, much brighter. Before going to bed around midnight the other solar lights were already dimming out and this one was still shining brightly. I again checked around 4 am and it was still shining brightly and has done so for the past 2 weeks, including cloudy and rainy days. I moved this solar light next to our entry steps to illuminate the area. Will be purchasing another soon. In summary, this is not an accent solar light but is actually functional and serves a purpose beyond my limited expectations.

Unfortunately, have not had very many good, sunny days since this light was installed at the end of our driveway (used to mark ditch edge when approaching from the road). With the lack of sun to recharge during the day, the light does not stay on nearly long enough to be usable when my husband is driving home from the airport after one in the morning. Otherwise, the light works well and functions as described.Edit: Forgot to come back and update now that there has been longer daylight hours. This light is phenomenal and well worth the extra money over the cheap ones available elsewhere. The light casts well in the area it is placed in, marking the edge of the ditch. I does continue to give a good point of reference through the early morning hours, so performs exactly as we were hoping.

These lights are incredibly bright. I have never seen a solar light give off as much light. We have three at our main entrance and no longer need to leave an electric porch light on. A solar light is not the same as an electric light...they don't spread light over a large area, however these are the closest that I have seen to an electric light. We are exceedingly pleased and over time will continue to invest in these lights rather than the inexpensive smaller solar lights which really don't light up anything. Yes.....we will definitely buy more and already our friends and neighbors are asking us where we got the great solar light! The difference is very very noticeable. You will not be disappointed if you purchase this light.

Easy to use. I read other reviews before buying and followed their setup directions, so installation was easy. Read other reviews for those tips. They're exactly what I expected. Brighter than the cheap units, which is what we wanted. We've spaced them 6 feet apart. If you want it brighter, you may want to space them 4 feet apart. I may buy more. The company cares about reviews and emailed us to make sure we were happy. Seems like good customer service. I read in other reviews that a big benefit are the replaceable rechargable batteries. As the batteries get old, they may not hold a charge. No need to replace the unit. Try replacing the batteries first. So far very happy.

This solar lamp was everything I'd hoped it would be. It's as bright as my most expensive lights, but half the price because its made out of plastic. Granted, it won't hold up as well over time, but its well worth the price. It puts out a circle of light about 4 feet in diameter, perfect for lighting up a path, and almost all of the light is directed down towards the ground, so there's nothing blinding about it. It's perfect. I don't know why they've stop carrying/producing it. I want more of these.

They AE nice and bright and the battery compartment is easy to access. The only problem I have so far with them is the fact that they're all plastic, as the product description is careful to point out. This makes them just a bit fragile IMO and I've had a problem with the cover to the battery compartment not staying shut on one of them, this causes the batteries to lose contact and thus the light to not work. I duct taped the batteries in which solves the problem, but for the price, I'm not very happy about having to doctor it up in order to get it to work.So - very bright and nice, yes. May need some monkey engineering to keep it functional though.

Equinox International is an excellent Vendor! The owner of the company always sends out emails making sure the product has arrived on time, is it what I wanted, am I pleased with my current purchase? Oh Joseph you can't begin to imagine how pleased I am with the 1x Large Super Bright 24 LED Solar Garden lights! I now know I need more ... they are the 'king' of all lights. The chrome dome is approx. 7 .5. inches round, with 2 tubes and an insert to push the tubes together; then the stake to push them into the ground. By the time they are in the ground they stand approximately 15 inches high. The brightness is beyond anything you could buy in your common big stores. I would without hesitation recommend this product to all Amazon buyers! The proof is in the pudding gang!!! Thanks Joseph for your emails great customer service!!....... I want more! MSF.
