It’s a good camera and the night vision is good but still it’s cheap quality and the software it’s tooooo bad and I think they have to upgrade to another version it’s going to be easy and helpful the customer

Update company hacks in and looks around at what is in view.. Not sure but we think that by using cloud there is an issue. Several times the camera moves on it's own and zooms into thing and looks around. This is a big issue we live in the back country . This means the company hacks into it and looks around. Had a hard time connecting to router, played for the 30 day video and snapshot which does not take the photo. Controls are a bit shotty but works. Trying to do a return has been awful. Cost to install and then take it down. Getting it shipped back has been a nightmare. All in all about fed up with amazon. I've spent hours on the phone and still got nothing.

Lots of bugs. I bought 3 of these. Constantly needing to reset. Pics won’t store in memory at times needing to reset. Unreliable. The power supply’s are not weatherproof. Also the ir leds are in a bad position totally destroying their night ability. The ir leds blind out the camera causing the picture to be totally useless at night. It’s like having a flashlight right beside your eye blinding you. One power supply burnt up from weather

Very easy to install and connect to WiFi. Had a little trouble with finding how to put cd card in. Got some help from people that had purchased one. Have to take the whole top off and find the slot in front. Then you have to reboot camera.The camera has a good picture and sound. I purchased it because I wanted one that has the pan and tilt which works excellently.Very good price also.

I Ordered one of these cameras Earlier this month and it was DEFECTIVE ! So Amazon sent me a Replacement ! And The Camera set up was very easy and it WORKED GREAT ! DID EVERYTHING IT WAS SUPPOSE TO DO ! So Then I went on and ordered another ONE ! WELL COME TO FIND OUT THIS ONE WAS DEFECTIVE AS WELL THE CAMERA WOULD RECORD AND ALL BUT WHEN I TRIED TO GET IT TO MOVE FROM ONE DIRECTION TO ANOTHER IT WOULD FREEZE UP AND STOP RECORDING SO I HAD TO LOG OUT OF THE APP AND RE- ENTER THE APP AND THE CAMERA WOULD WORK FINE ASLONG AS I WOULD NOT TRY TO MOVE IT IN ANY DIRECTION ! So my wife and thought hey maybe we should boost UP OUR wifi up thinking that would help but TURNS OUT THAT DID NOT HELP EITHER SO AMAZON SENT ME ANOTHER CAMERA !!! GUESS WHAT THIS ONE WAS DEFECTIVE AS WELL ! IT WOULD FIRE UP BUT IT WOULD NOT MOVE LEFT OR RIGHT ! 😡😡😡! I REALLY LIKED THE STYLE AND LOOK OF THE CAMERA BUT AND WANTED ANOTHER REPLACEMENT BUT AMAZON SAID IT WOULD BE BEST TO FIND ANOTHER BRAND ! BECAUSE I WAS GETTING DEFECTIVE CAMERAS AND THEY DIDNT WANT TO TAKE A CHANCE OF ME GETTING ANOTHER DEFECTIVE CAMERA ! I GIVE IT FIVE STARS BECAUSE I HAVE ONE OF THIS BRAND THAT IS WORKING GREAT !, BUT AFTER THAT I JUST HAVE BEEN SNAKE BITTEN WITH GETTING DEFECTIVE CAMERAS !, SO ITS A GREAT MODEL BUT WHAT ARE THE CHANCES OF ANYONE GETTING BACK TO BACK DEFECTIVE CAMERAS !, YOU ARE ROLLING THE DICE ! It looks like a good camera, but came without instructions. It had a "quick manual" in the package but no website listed or technical support. Makes it kind of hard to subscribe the the "Cloud" service if you have absolutely no information! Downloaded the app and followed the instructions, but it wouldn't connect to my wi-fi. Even with the camera one foot away from my router. I had absolutely no issues connecting a Vivitar security camera to the same wi-fi, so this one will get returned and replaced with something worth buying.

This camera was easy to install once I harnessed the challenge of the app registration. You just have to be patient, somewhat creative and intuitive since the app was developed by someone in China and it is not intuitive. In other words it may not accept you username and password and return confusing error messages. Keep trying and after a few times will finally register. In return you get an excellent product at reasonable price. On the other hand accessing the camera from remote location was as easy as clicking the app. Excellent.

Ive had this for a fee months. I got it due to someone breaking into me and my wive’s car. Other cars were broken into in the neighborhood as well. We thought we should install this camera to help us collect video evidence if this were to happen again. Well the first camera came and didnt work properly. Got a second one and it worked okay for a while. Occasionally the camera loses connection to the sd card and doesnt record. Ive tried different cards to the same effect. Well last night someone broke into our vehicles again and multiple other cars in my town. Well around 11pm the camera lost connection to the sd card and did not capture the break in. The one time i needed this camera it let me down.
