Great.
an interesting, humorous on the "boys tease their crush" stereotype (even though girls definitely do it in real life too). As with a lot of manga of this kind, it tends to be written about characters with flaws in their personalities (unlike western comics where you've got a box ticker character who loves the science and can do everything).Nagatoro, spends every moment she can annoying a loner dork that she obviously likes, often going too far and ending up embarrassing herself in the process. I think that a lot of people don't understand what's going on with this manga because they seem to see it as straight up bullying when it's a lot more involved than that.in her own very irritating way, she is trying to help the guy better himself, whereas her friends seem to misunderstand her motives, try and join in on the "fun" of bullying him and end up on her bad side.anyway, it's all about subtext, if you can't see that aspect of it, you probably won't enjoy this, you'll find it "uncomfortable" etc.

THE ONLY REVIEW YOU NEED TO READ
Well, let's address the elephant in the room first: it looks like loli lewdness on the cover (and especially the back cover), and it has some loli ecchi vibes in the content, but it definately isn't a loli ecchi manga. When you read the manga and take time to digest and think about what is happening, the risque-sexual element is entirely appropriate for the period in the characters lives. The story revolves around a girl (Nagatoro) and a boy (Senpai) who in their own ways are awkwardly coming of age and realises their sexual identities and struggle to process the physical, social and emotional changes they are going through.Nagatoro is obviously attracted to Senpai, but because of her elevated social status subconciously fears the social ostracisation, stigmation and embarrasment resulting from the actions of her peers if her actual feelings were to become known to everyone. This leads to her lashing out and bullying Senpai to make her peers beleive that she hates Senpai instead and that she only spends time with him to abuse him. She is as much a victim of social and peer pressure as is the Senpai that she bullies and torments.Senpai is an otaku, a geek: a social outcast and loner who struggles to integrate into society and his peer group. This leads to his social exclusion and he takes Nagatoro's bullying at face value: to him she is just another in a long list of bullies but he is more accepting of this as he is sexually attracted to Nagatoro and is struggling to come to terms with his feelings. This is actually a very intricately woven story with lots of character expansion and narrative depth. Throughout the manga we see Nagatoro slowly change and this change in part also slowly changes her immediate friends. The friends originally simply bullied Senpai too, but over time they too start to soften their view of Senpai and in very small ways start to think of him as a friend: this is evident later in the manga where they are still bullying and abusing Senpai but when other groups come along to bully Senpai they protect him.I am a sucker for ecchi slice of life manga because I am human trash, but in the case of this manga I found a deeply poignant love story, which although moves at a glacial pace: is accurate to how such a scenario would play out in real life between two teenagers at opposite ends of the social spectrum from each other. This is not only Nanashi's magnum opus, but a fantastic read for any graphic novel fan: nevermind manga fan.10/10.

Brilliant - Love it
One of those mangas that you feel that could be really good or really bad - I feel this one's really good. It's not deep but I found it very entertaining - I read it then read it again a few days later. It starts off full throttle - then there's a more subdued bit - then full throttle again.I'm 63 and only got into manga and anime a few years ago but I've read and watched all sorts since then - haven't read "Teasing Master" and can't think of anything else I've read that it is like - it's different and it's fun.Waiting for volume 2.

Sadistic romantic comedy manga.
Sadistic romantic comedy manga.Definitely not for everyone but very entertaining if you can get on board with the "sadistic tsundere" thing. The best comparison I can come up with is, imagine Teasing Master Takagi-San but dialed up to 11.

Quick delivery but scuffs and marks
I was impressed by the quick delivery as always by Amazon. It was my first time purchasing a manga through Amazon. The package it came in looked quite dirty which wasn't ideal with hygiene being a big thing right now, thankfully none of this got through to the book, however the front and back cover did a couple scuffs and marks which is unfortunate as I like to keep my manga pristine, the inside was spotless. I placed in cellophane as in photo to tidy appearance some what did not come included.4/5 pretty great just a shame not slight improvements in some areas of packaging and quality check

Great anime comic
This book was pretty epic and also cool. There were several parts in this book where Nagotoro's feet are visible, so I therefore liked this book. I wonder what Nagatoro's feet smell like? The writing was solid for the most part, but I feel as though the managagaka could've gone into signficantly more detail when describing and drawing Nagatoro's feet. It woulf be cool if there was a chapter where nagatoro uses her feet to bully senpai, or maybe even some scratch and sniff functionality so you can experience the aroma of her feet for yourself. I hope my suggestions are taken on board for subsequent volumes.

Strange plot but its alright?
I bought this book back at the start of the year of 2021, and honestly, from where it was going, I could tell the plot was just going to repeat continuously to the girl bullying and jokingly seducing him the boy. If your into this kind of stuff though, then get it ig
