It's a fantastic book, but the ingredients are printed in a small light gray font and very difficult to read if you have less than perfect vision.

Bought this for my husband who had been asking for this book . He loves this book and the sauces in it . He prepared some and they were very good . He highly recommends this book if you love to make the sauces for your meals .

THE ONLY PROBLEM I HAD WITH THE BOOK IS THE INGREATIONS COULD BE A LITTLE BE A DARKER, BUT THATS IT... ITS A GREAT BOOK

The recipes seem fine, but the print is so small and light I can’t read it. I’m going to return because I it is just too difficult to read.
