This product works great on my husband's hair, as well as my kids. They have curly textured hair, and this product is a MUST have.

Finally, I found my match. I have extremely dry hair and have been trying to find what I need for my 2C, 3A wavy/curly hair. Because my hair is fine I have been discouraged to try something like this citing it would be too heavy for my fine hair. But with medical issues too, this is exactly what is working for me. Love the Clean ingredients, and don't miss the junk.

I didn’t use a comb. It easily detangled on its own. It leaves a nice sheen.

It literally does everything it says it'll do; detangles, shines, anti-frizz; just perfect. My 4 year old is 3C type and she didn't even notice I was detangling her hair. That's huge because she's very tender headed. She woke up the next morning with her hair glowing, curls were poppin like her hair was just brushed. I'm definitely getting more.

I didn’t realize until I received the order that this was a leave in, no rinse product. I was worried this would leave my hair feeling weighted down and/or oily. I was pleasantly surprised that it did not! I only needed a little bit of this stuff and my tangles were gone so quickly! Even the next day after sleeping in it, my hair stayed tangle free and did I mention how soft my hair is with it too? It works better than any other detangler I have used. Will definitely put this in my “essentials” list!

This is meant to be used as a leave-in product. It works beautifully as a detangler and my hair was noticeably soft and smooth. HOWEVER, the fragrance was overwhelmingly cloying and sweet. I couldn't stand the smell. I am using it to detangle on ends only and rinsing it out. Will not be buying again. I love Shea Moisture products. Previously hooked on their Black Castor oil shampoo and conditioner, but it got to the point that the fragrance (like a vanilla sugar cookie candle) was unbearable. Awful while showering, and no matter how much I rinsed, I would roll over in bed at night and be repelled by the smell. I now use the Power Greens Formula. There is such a thing as too much fragrance, and it has put a bad vibe on a spectacularly effective line of products for me.
