Heidi (Unabridged Classics) by Spyri, Johanna (2007) Hardcover

Since this had been a favorite of mine when I was much younger, I bought this book as a gift for two young cousins. Both young women are avid readers but had never heard of HEIDI. They both reported that they enjoyed the book and I was thrilled I could introduce them to this classic.

I purchased this book for my grand daughter after visiting Austria and the Alps. It is just like I remembered it. I am sure she enjoyed reading it. The book is beautifully covered and with an easily readable typeface--but not too big a typeface.

I bought the unabridged version, after reading the Heidi golden book. This timeless classic is beautifully written and a delightful, heart warming story for all ages.
