My kids old tablet was so old that it would no longer take updates. I set out to get them a new tablet but did not want to spend a lot. This tablet has been great so far, we have had no issues. I read some other reviews about the touch screen not being responsive but that has not been the case with mine. Setup and getting it connected to Google Play was easy, and my kids are playing their games with no problems.

It is a nice tablet with good features. however the reason that I returned it back was that after 3 days try to install and run Netflix app (it was primary goal of purchase) unsuccessfully by contacting Netflix and Amazon support team which kindly suggested me to contact manufacturer ([email protected]), which I did and I got the following reply message:"CHUWI Hipad Tablet PC,10.1 Netflix is ​​not compatible, this can't be solved." I gave up and returned item back to seller.

I bought this tablet because my Lenovo had dead spots on the screen and would not play the game golf clash. This is a nice little tablet. It's responsive playing games the screen is very bright. It doesn't really compare to a Samsung but a Samsung only has 2 gigs of RAM so I don't know if it would play golf clash either. For a hundred and thirty bucks it's a great deal. I've only had it a couple of days but the battery seems great and everything else works. Worth the money so far. Time will tell but I am impressed.

So we bought this tablet for our 2 year old to use for his learning apps and videos instead of our Samsung tablets. This tablet frustrated him so much at the beginning because of its unresponsiveness. He would swipe and swipe and and swipe and nothing. I am not sure if coming from a Samsung to this was the cause but he kinda stopped using the tablet for while. I had intended to return it but got distracted so we still have it. He has gotten used to it some more but the lag time in his writing app is still there. We are so disappointed because we like everything else about this tablet.

I was generally happy with this tablet. I needed the greater storage capacity and liked the 3 Gigs of ram. Battery life is excellent. Would like the touch screen to be a bit more sensitive. Based on a review I read on another site, this unit comes with a 1 year warranty. Don't know if they have any place in the U.S. you can send it to if necessary.Tablet isn't compatible with Netflix app tried it with HULU and seems to be ok. Sound is ok, probably best if used with ear buds. One other consideration, does not use a standard android charging cable. Chuwi specific I guess.

I have really enjoyed this tablet. I was originally hesitant to purchase this, but am really glad i have. After about 2 months of use, the battery works great in the evenings after work, the speed is easily on par with far more expensive tablets, and Hulu and Netflix look great on it.

Bought this for my girlfriend for her birthday. She loved it, and it works great for her! The only issues we have are the odd touch responsiveness, and the odd scaling issues we've had with wallpapers and animations. Never seen those on an android device before, but oh well.Overall, great tablet for the price, and storage expansion is a huuuuuge plus.

When I bought this tablet I had the thoughts that I was getting my moneys worth. Instead, not half a year into owning it and my tablet screen is mysteriously cracked. made worse by the fact that holding it cracked it more because the screen is so flimsy that it cracks by existing. I am now unable to get a return. And for now, I am stuck with a broken, non working tablet because their website does not highlight or detail any warranty information. I recommend that you do not buy from this retailer. It feels like they took my money with no way of ever getting it back

I love the length of charge, the speed of the deca core tablet and general usage.Down side which is a note to all buyers....DO NOT use a tablet case which uses elastic or leatherette on only the corners as it causes issues with the touch screen/ digitizer.. Only use a TPU /GEL case which grips the sides of tablet. Or no case for regular use. I stress that the cases that grip only the corners DO cause ISSUES with digitizer responsiveness ..So if you have 1 of these cases and are having touch screen issues, TRY to REMOVE case before contacting about touch screen problems, 9/10 chance if removed the problem WILL go away.If removed and still issue then yes there may be an issue with tablet :-) then feel free to contact support regarding this

I have the tablet for a few weeks now.PROS- Very good build quality- Good screen resolution and colors for reading and browsing- Average for video viewing (eg. the automatic settings show often very compressed video, but if better settings can be enforced, it's fine for HD. No 4K)- Great battery life- No bloatwareCONS- The touchscreen sensivity/calibration is not so great. Ok for finger touch or bluetooth mouse if you don't try anything too fast, but very unresponsive with a capacitive stylus (that works great with my medium range phone). It's not possible to calibrate the touchscreen with the Android that is installed (8.0).- The wifi range/strength is also average. Ok for home use, but a bit on the weaker side.OVERALLThe quality and performance is ok for light home use. If the touchscreen was more responsive, it would be a perfect tablet for the price. But for if you want to use some drawing apps, or games that need fast reactions, it will be very frustrating.For internet it's mostly fine, but if you open lots of tabs, it has a tendency to slow down and halt.

Tablet is NOT certified through Google Play Protect. This means many apps (including Netflix) cannot be installed through the Play Store. My primary use is Netflix, so this is not acceptable. I tried installing Netflix manually using the APK file, but still ran into some problems. It kind of worked, but isn't guaranteed to continue working in the future, and I don't want to manually install updates either. For a new device it isn't worth the hassle, I will return it and buy from a brand that does have Google Play Protect Certification.

Searched online for solution to the screen issue, so far(sep 9, 2019), none. Seemed no firmware update too.This is so far the best deal on the planet, if you can bear the intermittently unresponsive touch.Struggling to return the second one or not(returned the first one). Finally I accept the fact that it is what it is for the higher specifications with lower price.Seller on Amazon is very responsive, but the support behind is useless.Not using netflix, so can't comment on that.Gaming? Drawing? probably not, given the touch response issue(even when cpu has very light load).Ereader, YES, has a handy invert color option along other switches, such as wifi, gps, bt.If you can live with the intermittently unresponsive touch, go for it!

Excellent tablet Android 10" but there is no any update since android 8 and there is many touch screen issue CHUWI promise to udpdate and fix this but they dont ... do not buy this item there is serious touch screen issue and no any fix or update from CHUWI.. this cause imcompatibility with few apps with sound/media like kodi addons
