I got these GYM PEOPLE high-waisted workout shorts in the camo pattern, and I’m seriously impressed. I’ve worn them for workouts and hikes, and they check all the boxes for me. ✅ Flattering Fit – The length is perfect—not too short, not too long—and I feel comfortably covered without sacrificing style. ✅ No Underwear Lines – I think the camo pattern helps, but either way, they don’t show anything awkward. ✅ Solid Quality Material – The fabric feels thick and durable but still breathable. I recently bought The Gym People yoga shorts, and they’ve quickly become my go-to for workouts. The material is soft, stretchy, and breathable, making them super comfortable for yoga, running, or strength training. The high waistband stays in place without digging in, and the shorts provide great coverage and flexibility during stretches and movements. They also hold up well after multiple washes without fading or losing shape. Overall, they’re a durable, comfortable, and stylish pair of workout shorts that I highly recommend.

I really like these workout shorts. The material is soft and very comfortable to wear. I bought these for summertime because I live in a really hot climate and found them to be very breathable. I also love that they don’t ride up my thighs. I actually like them better than my Nike shorts and they cost a lot. Great value. They have pockets on both sides that are big enough for a large cell phone, but yet not bulky when empty. I’ve had mine for over four months and I wore them a ton throughout the summer and washed them a ton and they still look great. Very durable and wash well. The picture I included is currently; this is after many washes and wears. The only thing I could say is that they may run a little big. I got mine in a medium, and it was really really happy with the fit, but I can see that some people might want to size down.

I love these gym shorts! I got the dark blue green and black in a medium and the fit is perfect, and the quality seems good (haven't washed yet, just tried on). I walked into Athleta yesterday for shorts like this and couldn't bring myself to spend $69 plus tax for shorts I'm going to sweat in. These $14.99 ones were a nice alternative. Will come back with notes if they don't hold up in the wash, but I always lay flat to dry my work out gear, so fingers crossed these last at least a year. I'm 5'4, 135 pounds and typically wear a small or medium in shirts, skirts, dresses, 6-8 in jeans, and the Medium in these gym shorts fit very well. I love the length. They're not like the rest of my awkwardly long biker shorts. Update: I've had these for a month now (or almost that) and have worn both pairs quite a bit and man do they really ride up during a run. I'm constantly having to putting them out of my crotch. I don't even have that issue with my target brand biker shorts. I wish these would just stay in place. I also noticed, once I've worn them all day, the bottom hem with curl up a bit, like it's loosened from the day? It's weird and it goes back to normal after I've washed and laid flat to dry for next time's wear. But still, for these reasons I've knocked a star off. They've held up nicely after being washed a dozen times and haven't begun to pill or anything. I also appreciate that I can hold my cell phone safely in the pockets (a feature not all my workout shorts have). But for the crotch-riding/wedgie creating and hem roll up reasons, I wanted to update my review. Regardless, I'm still happy I've only paid a fraction of the cost from more expensive brands. I might consider splurging for those after these are worn to shreds.

Very smooth fabric with plenty of stretch. Fits great and is wonderful for workouts. Comes in sizes to fit almost any body and plenty of colors, so you'll want to buy more than one.

Shorts look and feel really nice but they're about 2" too short in the inseam. Hard to work out in because they ride up misty on the inner thigh instantly, even just stretching or strength training. They're too short for casual wear, look and feel a little naked and constantly pulling the legs down as they ride up just walking around. I ordered the camo & love the colors and soft fabric, just not the length. The waistband and ride height is very comfortable. According to the size/fit chart I could have ordered a size smaller but glad I went with my typical size because size smaller would not have fit-my typical size fits like it should. I do not have heavy legs and the legs fit like all other similar shorts I own, other than they ride up with movement.

For the price ($14.99-$17.99) absolutely getting a bit more than what you're paying for. This is from my 2nd or 3rd re-order (they keep selling me on new colors) and the tie-die/marbled colored shorts are the softest and coziest of them all. The black cheetah? snake? print ones feel thinner than the other solid color shorts, but are also very comfortable. I bought these for walking my dog, my treadmill desk, and my hiit/cardio/strength workouts. Decent length, mid 'stomach flattening' strength, and vibrant colors. The 'diamond' stitch area IS a bit tiny so just know that if you've had issues with other stretch fit shorts - you may have same issues here. No problems after washing (I've washed mine maybe 3-4 times each?) and the pockets are perfect sized and made of the same material as the rest of the shorts. I've had a few made of thinner quality fabric and those suck. I now own somewhere between 7-10 different colors and am barely holding myself back from buying my 'missing colors'. I do not own the highlighter green or light pink unfortunately as other reviewers showed they were a bit see-through.

The most unflattering camera angles in the world!!! So I hope y'all appreciate these. I'm 198lbs and 5'8" and I got the size XL in regular black. Love them. Super soft and comfortable. They are not see thru at all. I even have a pad on in the squat picture and you can't see any outlines or panty lines. The thighs gap just a tiny bit when I'm squeezing the muscles to squat but it's fine. They are just tight enough to get some compression but not at all squishing me. If I successfully lose weight I'll be back to buy a smaller size! I like these a lot. UPDATE: I bought the black camo ones also in XL and they were a slightly different material (more silky/polyester feeling, the solid black felt more cotton-y) and the black camo ones were ever so SLIGHTLY smaller/tighter (added a photo). Just something to keep in mind. The black camo/silky material ones might show panty lines a tiny bit because they are thinner.
