Pasta that can be used even if you are gluten intolerant
I love this product - they used to carry at my local health food store, but now carries a different vendor . The Jerusalem Artichoke Inulin has a wonderful taste and does not seem to upset my stomach as much as straight wheat pasta does, since I am gluten intolerant (however, I still have to take a gluten-free tablet before eating). As much as I like this product, I'm afraid the price (3 boxes for $17.80) is a little high since I was used to only paying $3.49 per box . At least I know I can find the product should I ever want to buy again.

Very good Pasta
I said I would write a review when I got to eat some of it. Well I finally got to eat some and it is very good. Little light on the flavor, not as heavy as I expected but still very good. I will buy again when I run out. Reminds me of the first time I had pasta that wasn't just plain pasta. I made a regular pot of spaghetti with traditional sauce and I made some baked spaghetti and it worked great in both situations. I even tried some of the little butter and salt and it tastes good there as well.

Excellent Pasta
The DeBoles Jerusalem Artichoke Spaghetti Style Pasta is excellent with Great Northern Beans, artichoke hearts and a lemon, oil and freshly ground pepper vinaigrette.
