This came packaged well in manufacturers box. It was easy to assemble with easy to read and understand instructions. It appears to be working well and the water does taste better. Time will tell on endurance but for now I feel it was worth what I paid for it.

This is my second Hskyhan pitcher. The first one lasted 2 1/2 years, but started having some hard residue at the bottom and decided it was time to replace the pitcher. the timer piece doesn’t last, but I use my labeler to print out a label when it stops working. I like the way the water tastes, and any extra water goes into my coffee maker or feeds my plants. I highly recommend this product for quality and sturdiness.

I don’t like regular filtered water. I used to have alkaline water delivered but I moved and it was no longer available. I was buying plastic bottles but I hate that. When I saw this I was very excited. The water tastes so clean and refreshing. It’s way better than Costco’s alkaline water.When it arrives the basket was reversed in the pitcher so the lid wasn’t flush. I emailed them and they got right back to me- excellent customer service.Highly recommend.

Great value especially with 2 water filters in the box. Have used their filters for a couple of years along with older version pitcher. This is definitely more sleek, doesn't take as much room in refrigerator. Filter fills quicker on this one. Functionality needs improvement where the water comes out. For some reason when you go to pour the little lid doesn't open unless you open it before pouring. Can't say about how long will last haven't used it long enough. Love everything about this except for the little lid not functioning on its own when you pour the water. Water tastes great, love that it is a small company!

The media could not be loaded. I was on a budget and couldn’t afford the pricey water pitchers and researched the different brands. I was searching for an affordable water filter that removes fluoride and this one does. Other inexpensive filters do not remove fluoride. The pitcher is attractive and easy to set up with a countdown to let you know when the filter needs to be changed. Another perk is that it has an extremely fast filtration system. It has a very nice, soft flavor, I enjoy the taste. As far as the people complaining about the black stuff in their water… if you read through the instructions you’ll see that the filter has to be rinsed before inserting. If you don’t rinse the filter you will see black charcoal particles in your water, it’s not dirt it’s natural charcoal from the filter which needs to be rinsed before use. My housemate was using a Brita filter which still tasted like tap water but this company has much better flavor. Great water and value.

This filter is so easy to use, and makes the water taste even better. I've had pitcher filters for many years. My favorite was my Mavea. I didn't find that brand when searching for a second one, but this one came up. The filters look like the same ones I use in the Mavea, but I feel like this filter is better. The water does not have any kind of flavor, but quenches my thirst so much better. It filters quickly and fills easily from my faucet. I like that the cover opens upward instead of the water pushing it down during filling. It's sleek and takes so little visual space. I leave mine on the counter because I drink the entire thing every day. I'm not a fan of cold water unless I'm outside in the heat. This is a great find.

I tested my levels before and after to see if it worked and yes after one week my alkaline levels were higher. Best tasting water and it has a digital expiration date so you know when to change the filter.I use for cooking and also for my puppy and drinking water and for making my coffee.High alkaline is so important for your health

Why did you pick this product vs others?:This is my second time, I like the the taste of water but this time I have to return coz the timer didn't work
