Perfect thickness for steps
These nonslip decorative grates are perfect for me. Current cement steps are as slick as glass and these rubber grates do not slip nor move around on me or, my goofy Labrador. Anything thicker for stair steps, for me at 60 yrs, would be a trip hazard.These are clearly the best I've had to date.

These look so pretty on my front steps! Easy to clean! I have a bottom landing so I just put 2 together and they look seamless. Great value too!

Outside only
Needed for indoor but had to use on outside steps. The rubber smell when they were inside was too strong no matter what I wiped them down with. The quality is great and they are very sturdy.

Excellent product to keep concrete stairs safe in the rain and snow! Look super expensive, but are so reasonably priced. This was one of the first purchases for our new home, which was built in 1858, which will explain the old stairs in the photo. The black does NOT fade or transfer, the rubber is thick and sturdy and does not slip out of place, making our stairs a lot more safe to navigate.

No slipping on wet stairs
These are nice looking. They are good tread in icy weather, and they were installed by two 12 year cousins. One marked and driled the holes, the other screwed down the tread.

Great quality and value
I bought these for my son, as he wanted to remove the carpet on his steps. We thought this would be a great replacement. Unfortunately, running up and down the stairs in barefeet isn't great with heavy duty rubber runners. That being said, we are looking to repurpose them. He had trimmed a lot of them down, and we couldn't return them. Great product though, but would be better to be used outside.
