For the price this is amazing quality. Good firm silicone. Fast delivery after dispatch. Haven't actually got round to finding time to myself for using these properly, but the smallest I find I can use with oil on a freshly cleaned face around my cheeks in circular motions (light suction). Because the stagnated blood that gathers under the skin isn't released by the smalls cuts that you create when practicing wet cupping (which I don't think this would be suitable for, these are more massage type cupping pieces), I did find a few days later a few spots breaking out near the edges of my face and even a little along my jawline and neck. I'm guessing this is probably the skins way of ridding the body of the toxins that have been pulled up from the soft tissues and excess fluids during the vacuum effect of the massage cupping. So I would recommend if you are doing this for skin/face/beauty reasons, and I suppose even health reasons, to keep on top of a good diet and fluid intake, and even invest in a good quality oil that contains retinol to help prevent outbreaks on the skin and unblock pores.

I bought there cupping for my British friends to show the Chinese culture, and they told me this cupping works well. Firstly, it has a manual for people to understand how to use it, and they can also learn from the pictures in the manual. Secondly, it is silicone instead of glass, which is more healthy for kids to use, in case they may break the glass.

heard from my friend about suction cup, tried them and found out it's quite the same as Chinese cupping therapy which I believed it works, the menu is very clear, easy understanding & application.

This is my first time using silicone cups, they’re quite small and the suction is mild compared to glass and plastic. If you want a gentle massage I think these would be very good.
