I haven't worn this yet, but I have a couple of trips coming up. I was attracted to it because it is a neutral color and soft fabric that I am planning on wearing underneath clothing. It is soft and I am looking forward to wearing it.

Worked pretty good during my two weeks in Europe. All the travel books said Europe was really safe but be careful of pickpockets. So I picked this up. Worked pretty good to keep my passport and Euros in. Never felt unsafe while traveling or had any issues. This item did get a little warm in the humid climate of Rome but not too bad. The material is good and didn't irritate my skin. The zippers are a bit on the cheap side and probably wouldn't hold up for more than a couple of trips. Very comfortable, even on hot days. Easy to access. Very good quality. My wife and I both bought these and used them every day on a month long trip. Still looks like new.

I ordered this for a 2-week trip overseas and wore it when sight-seeing in metropolitan areas. I wore it under blouses and dresses. The flat profile and silk fabric made it not noticeable by me or others. Although the weather was hot and it became saturated, it dried quickly when back at my hotel room. The pack dimensions were large enough to hold my passport easily plus cash, pens, and other small emergency items. Well constructed seams. I purchased the pink color to blend with my skin color. Highly recommend.

I was looking for a comfortable money belt that my teen daughter would agree to use on her upcoming trip to Italy. She is not excited about the idea of using a money belt because she says it looks like a fanny pack. We first ordered another kind which had to be sent back because it was uncomfortable on both of us. A friend mentioned having a silk money belt and I found this one and ordered it. She is still skeptical about why she needs a money belt at all, but thinks the black color is much better and you don't even notice it when it's on. I think this belt is great. It's lightweight and soft, but sturdy. It doesn't feel big, but I can fit a passport (inside a sleeve) in it and an iphone 6 and it doesn't bother me at all. I feel like you could wear it either under a shirt or jacket (and not access it during the day but keep it hidden) or use it over your clothes. It's not "stylish" per se, but it's pretty nice-looking, high-quality material and good buckle and zippers. I even put it on where the most of the belt was tucked inside the top of my pants (sounds weird, I know) and it was quite comfortable. I am ordering a second one for my other teen daughter to use on a family trip to England and France in the fall. It's pricey, but I think it's worth it. I can't imagine that there is a better money belt out there.

I write this in hope that Eagle Creek will heed my input and consider re-designing this product.I purchased this item in June. It is now September and the buckle has broken -- see photo. I have not even used this item very much.I have lots of Eagle Creek items and usually their stuff is sturdy, but the buckle on this belt looks suspiciously flimsy from the start -- it is made of very thin plastic. And the clasp is not exactly easy to put on and take off. Sure enough, it has just broken completely as I took the belt off. It makes me wonder how secure this thing really is. What if the clasp had broken off without me noticing while on a trip? How easy is it for someone to grab and pull this belt off you if the clasp does not hold?This is really a shame, because the belt itself is really comfortable to wear and I had hoped to use it for a long time. It is not so much the money but the reliability that troubles me. Eage Creek, please do something about this!

My wife and I went to Spain for our honeymoon last summer. We spent time between Barcelona, Denia, and Valencia. I wanted to spend my time enjoying myself, not worrying about my belongings. I am not generally one to believe that the world is out to get me, but in this case I took some extra precautions. I thinned out the contents of my wallet before we left, so I carried my passport, 1 credit card, 1 debit card, some cash, emergency contact information, and a key to a Pacsafe in the money belt throughout the week.I wore shorts and a t-shirt for the better part of my time there and often forgot that I was wearing it. It's relatively thin and was not noticeable. The silk is comfortable against the skin. It got a little warm at times, but that was a minor inconvenience all things considered. The strap is adjustable. I tended to wear it a bit low so most of it was below my pant line. Not the easiest thing to access under those circumstances, especially when trying to be discrete, so I often waited until I was in a bathroom stall or seated at a table.Carried a dummy wallet in my back pocket with a few bucks in it. Probably total overkill, but we had an amazing time, I had peace of mind, and everything made it home safely.

EXCELLENT PRODUCT you will panic frequently if you have passport and money in it because it is virtually impossible to feel. Wonderfully comfortable for an extended trip around hot and humid countrys. Took this around Asia.HOWEVER I tested this around the house for three weeks with my travel money and passport. THE outer edging came away. Nomad was made aware and refunded me just enough money for me to have it professionally restitched. After repair it was 100%. So comfortable I even wore this in bed as well as when traveling...

Used for traveling across a developing country, after a couple of weeks the zips started sticking - which is less than desirable in some situations. The pockets held a good wad of bank notes, and at times also my passport and phone, which did stretch its limits.It was comfortable and lightweight, it was sweaty - but so was everything else, so couldn’t be helped.It does need a good clean now, I would probably use it again, if I can lubricate the zips.I wouldn’t say this was an outstanding product, but it did the job well.

Yep it's expensive and u can get cheaper ones but if your going on a long trip to a hot country where you need to keep your money safe, if your an intrepid traveller going off the usual tourist routes this is an essential if your going somewhere less earth shattering but lovely anyway and you want a comfortable easy safe way to carry your valuables this is it. Bonus point it's well made and should last a lifetime.

Nice and light but it would be even better if the adjustable belt could go even smaller - for the more petite women like me with a smaller waist, it sits a bit near to the hip rather than stomach, so under some clothing is likely to be more visible. Comfortable material on skin even when in warm climates.

Have a child who feels he can spend on my card, so this was a perfect addition to my security measures! soft and comfortable
