December 20, 2021 (4 star)So for me it is perfect. ill update this later to 5 stars after some time. i didnt know i needed this. so ive never cared for sweat guards but im so use to them that when this did not have one i didnt know how much i was missing out on comfortability. I have a standard holster and this one. the standard one with the bigger clip is 100% more noticeable and you would think this thinner clip is not a strong. but its stronger. its so strong i can attach it to my pants and not my belt and still have proper retention with good draw. there is some movement as the holster was not specifically made for this gun but the trigger guard is spot on and i like the slight movement as it aides with comfortability when sitting down etc moving around. as long as that trigger is guarded im good. ill trust this over a pocket holster.all in all in comparison to a regular holster for lcp max with the bigger clip id say this is 50% better all around. it may not seem like much to some people but man. it prints less (yes i know the gun barely prints already) but its a go for deep concealment. I wish they made one specifically for the max because even though this fits well theres a bunch of empty space in the holster with the max in it. meaning it would be even deeper, even more comfortable id they make it for the max. ill update comparison pics when i come back for my 1 month review update.December 10, 2023 (5 star)lost the pics I took, and had to get new phone. I'm still using THIS holster EDC since my last review, ~500 rounds later, have practiced from draw, and more. jogged with this holster on, I work with this holster on. all with the LCP MAX. Quality product.

I have a dozen different holsters but this is my most used. It holds my weapon securely, it’s as comfortable as a holster can be. It’s easy ( but not too easy) to remove from my belt. If you don’t carry all of the time because it’s too much hassle dealing with a holster that almost requires you to put it on when your getting dressed and then undress to take it off, try this holster. It’s both easy to carry and a safe way to carry.

First off, this fits the lcp max. It even says so on the package. Its really a great holster, very slim and is very adjustable. Retention is great, clip adjustment is great. Only downside is it doesn't have a full sweat shield, but thats strictly a preference thing. I also like that it rides a little deeper than most holsters I've tried, but still allows a full grip when drawing.

This holster overall is really great for the Ruger LCP II. I tried to adjust the cant more forward for a better grip on draw, but that doesn’t help because the clip gets in the way of the grip if you do this. Not a big deal because the grip isn’t affected by the clip in the neutral position it comes in. After practicing some drawing isn’t hard, even with the small grip of the LCP. The retention is fantastic. That gun isn’t going to ever fall out. The clip seams a little flimsy but that helps with comfort I think. I REALLY like that the clip is offset and NOT directly In front of the gun. This helps the grip stay tight to your body and spreads out the pressure.

It works well. Price is reasonable. It would conceal a little better if the holster had a wing/claw to hold it flatter. If it had that, this would be a 5 star

This holster is great for the money. Adjustment screws stay in place and fit my lcp max like a glove.

The overall idea and design behind this is pretty good, however the execution is poor. This is advertised to fit the LCP Max, and it does quite well, but only after modifications. The included screws that hold the clip, and adjust the tension of the holster are too short. I think the screws included with my holster were maybe gripping by 2 threads, this would not allow enough adjustment to fit the LCP Max. Without adjustment the holster was so tight on my Max I could not draw without pulling the holster off my belt at the same time. With longer screws allowing proper adjustment it is now snug, but loose enough to draw one handed.

Comfortable and low printing, and relatively cheap on top of it. Big improvement over the bundled LCP Max holster for IWB.
