I bought this in February but have only had in out in the bathroom for a few weeks maybe getting used twice daily. initially it was fine but then started to make a rasping noise and finally the motor just died completely.Looks very smart but totally worthless, certainly not worth the inflated prices being charged for these units during COVID-19. I shall keep my old pump bottles and refill them as needed.Supplier not responding to messages.

Seriously don’t bother buying this. 1st one lasted about 4 months. Had another delivered today (didn’t realise it was the same as the last one) and it’s not working at all. Looks ok but most certainly not fit for purpose. Absolute waste of money.

This was our third automatic soap dispenser..... all different brands but, I suspect, all the same pump mechanism. Just like the other two this looks great and worked for about 6 months before packing in. We're giving up and going to a manual pump version as we suspect that all of the ones that look like this are poorly made and won't last.

Absolutely love this dispenser. It’s a very sleek design that doesn’t take up much space and I love the adjustable volume feature. It is very easy to clean the reservoir and the sensor has an incredibly short refectory period so it’s quick to do back to back dispensing during cleaning. My only incredible minor dislike is that in the reservoir, there seems to be little nooks that water can get in- so after you clean it out it can take a while to fully dry out (for storage)- but I’m really grasping at straws for that to be a dislike. Its a great dispenser and I’ve already recommended it to friends!

Oh dear where do I start. For the first few weeks it worked okay, then it entered it’s crazy mode were it would just would start dispensing soap all the time regardless of anyone being near it. I suspect that there is a fault in the infrared sensor because even though I had switched it off I would return and find that it had been dispensing the soap again. I have gone back to good old bar of soaps much less mess and cheaper to use.

Thanks to the seller for replacing the faulty item, however the replacement has also now stopped working after a week. I tried to send a video of the faulty dispenser, but the seller kept saying that they didn't receive it, and that the fault must be with my email address and that I should set up another email address and then resend it! I have never been reimbursed for these faulty items, and would never trust them again. A total waste of money

Stopped working within one year of purchase sadly. I bought 2, one for the kitchen and the other for the bathroom. One is still working (one bought in October, the other in August). I believe it’s the one I bought first that has stopped working. Shame, as it’s a great idea.

Despite claiming it's good for bathrooms if your sink is anywhere near your shower you might suffer from rust accumulating due to condensation. I would not recommend as this is falsely advertised as for use in bathrooms- it is poorly designed for bathrooms and over time the rust would accumulate and stain. Will probably work well in other locations.
