Hours of creative fun
Good quality. My 4 year old grandson loved this gift. It comes with pattern cards which he enjoys but he also loves to create his own designs.

Good buy
I’m a homeschooling mom of 2. I love finding educational resources that are also fun for my children. It came with many pieces and has different levels of difficulty. I recommend this item.

Smaller than expected, but otherwise great!
Like: Bright colors, wooden pieces (not plastic), lots of pieces included, pieces are fairly sturdy, storage bag included, several building cards included with different levels of difficulty.Dislike: Several pieces stuck together (like the paint wasn't fully dry), the pieces were a little smaller than I expected, the building cards have different difficulty levels but we received mostly high difficulty ones - it would have been nice to have the same number of cards for each difficulty level as my child learns.Overall: I think these are great for the price and am pleased. If you want something a bit larger, keep looking.

Nice wooden tiles and a good price.
These pattern tiles are made fairly well and I was pleased to find out they were wood (probably just overlooked it in the description). There were four defective tiles and one scrap tile added to my box, but a few imperfections are acceptable with wood items, and non of them would should cause any damage. The tiles come with a white poly bag, but I will probably keep them in the plastic zip bag they were shipped in as it will be much easier to find the right tile in a clear bag. It was a good gesture, but not really practical for a kids project. The set comes with two different size cards which is a bit odd. Five two sided cards that you set the tiles directly on when building the projects and eight two sided mini cards with graphics to follow on your own surface.Overall it is a good buy. I would have preferred a product with a hard box for storage and building, but I am not disappointed with the item and will be keeping it for my son's schooling. Very useful and nicely made.

Good pattern blocks
Just what I needed for kindergarten work. A math page required pattern blocks and these fit perfectly. I also like the cards to follow to make a design.

Reminds me of my childhood
These are so fun. My son enjoyed them! He loved making the rocket and airplane, etc. I bought them as a gift for a 10 day trip we went on and he play for a while. There was 1 piece that came chipped but that's no biggie :) I recommend these. They are very small, too. Smaller than I remember my other tangrams being.

Disappointed
I guess I should have looked at the first picture more carefully. I thought that the pattern cards would be large enough for my daughter to put the blocks on top to build an image. The cards are tiny. The blocks are also much thinner than I had expected. This in not like the set I had at school, not like the set she has at school. I would not buy it again.Updated: So, even though the pattern cards are not big enough for my daughter to build on top of, she does still use them. This is a very different skill, as it requires her to copy the pattern just from looking. It requires spatial awareness and at times proves quite frustrating for her. However, she is getting better at figuring out the more advanced designs.
