Grippo Gourmet Bar-B-Q Spice and Seasoning

Us avid users of grippos know what it looks like, tastes like, and smells like. Every bottle I’ve gotten from this specific seller has been great.Until this orderIt isn’t the same consistency as grippos, it’s not as powdery this time. And it tastes very slightly different. I may live in Texas not Cincinnati but I’ve had grippos sent to me by family members in Cincinnati and this latest shipment doesn’t seem like grippos. Not sure if they’re making a copycat recipe and selling it as grippos or if it’s a manufacturing error or something

The flavor is just like Grippo's chips, but unlike when eating the chips this seasoning spice sometimes makes me cough and reallly loosens up my sinuses. I always have to blow my nose after eating it! The heat is no stronger than that of Grippo's chips, so I think maybe it's because the seasoning is loose vs. on the chips it's attached itself firmly to the chip? It's worth the flavor though and I think it's probably good to open up those sinuses from time to time. lol. I like it on popcorn.

Put it on roast and fries and anything it goes on.

First of all, grippos seasoning is finaminal stuff. The Amazon packaging itself was in tack, so wherever the bottles are stored is where the damage came from. It tore thru the safety seal and had seasoning in the package. The inner packaging had a tear so i imagine it bumped something heavy before being sent. I threw the seasoning away from fear of contaminants. Good seasoning, i guess a more in depth pre inspection would help keep this from happening again.

I like the product but it is a bit pricy for size of the bottles I ordered. The company also, showed a bundle with chips but they were not included.

This is great seasoning, perfect for our Sunday tradition of Grippo burgers and Mac.
