I've been taking this with success for more years than I want to admit. I continue to take this stuff because it works for me :) I take it mostly for my worn down joints especially my knees. When I go off it for a few weeks I really notice the difference: My knees start to swell up and ache again. Let me explain with a simple analogy: Remember the scene in the movie "The Wizard Of Oz" when "Dorothy" meets the "Tin Man" and he can hardly move because all of his joints are rusted? It's a good product, I don't know if it works or not but if it can help I'm good with it.

Does wonders for my knees! I can certainly tell if I forget to take it or run out for a couple of days because my knees get so sore and painful. Can't live without this anymore!
