Microfiber Kitchen Towels, Stripe Designed, Soft and Super Absorbent Dish Towels, Pack of 8, 18 x 26 Inch, Gray and White

Love these towels! They match perfectly with my sleek black, white, and stainless steel kitchen. They're very soft and absorbent. I threw them in the washer and dryer upon receipt and saw no problems with them. I did see one long thread come off of one of the towels, but I couldn't find any unraveling or falling apart. Upon using them to dry dishes, they absorbed a lot of water and dried pretty quickly. They also don't accumulate bad smells easily, unlike other towels. For this price point, these are a win!I learned a valuable lesson the other day, however: microfiber towels are made of synthetic materials that will MELT like plastic upon direct contact with high heat. As I was boiling some water on the glass stove top, I spilled some water and used the towel to wipe it up. Big mistake. The fibers that made contact with the hot stovetop melted immediately, and I had to turn off the heat, let it cool down, then scrape off the hardened residue with a piece of metal I had lying around. The fibers that had melted off the towel now show a slight recessed patch that is no longer fluffy. Luckily I did not use a large portion of the towel or multiple towels. This is NOT a reflection of the product itself. Rather, this is a reflection of my ignorance. Microfiber towels are incompatible with heat! Be warned. Use oven mits to pick up hot things, and use paper towels or normal cotton towels to wipe up hot surfaces... or you will be sorry.

I will admit, I should have been using microfiber kitchen towels long ago. But in my case, I only started using them when paper towels started going short in supply a couple of months ago with the COVID pandemic.But now that I’ve been using these EXCELLENT microfiber towels, I can’t believe I went this long without them! I have typically been skeptical of microfiber towels, as the lesser ones still leave fibers behind, and/or are not all that absorbent. But these Gryeer towels really do the job in absorbency, as well as softness. I mean, I don’t have to wipe dishes or pans more than once and BOOM they’re dry in SECONDS! Granted, I live in Arizona and it’s low humidity, but still, come on, this is a great product. And they do feel very soft.On top of that, I love the design, the gray goes really well with our kitchen. And you can’t beat the price, this is an excellent value given the quality of the product you’re getting. Would purchase again in a heartbeat.

We run a home cleaning business so we KNOW microfiber. We bought these for our own kitche, though, and they are some of the most absorbent microfiber we've ever used. Perfect for the kitchen, and the set is the right size to encourage frequent rotation. Just remember: NEVER use fabric softener or dryer sheets with these or they'll stop being as absorbent until you get all of those chemicals out of them. Good news: the towels dry very quickly in the air, so just pull them out before you dry the rest of your load (or dry them separately).

So far these have done well in the washer & dryer. Very absorbent. Soft, but also rough on dry hands i.e. can snag if you have dry skin. Some of the towels are worse than others about this. Maybe more washes will reduce, IDK. Almost gave them away after first opening the pack based on how they feel, but getting better or I'm getting used to them. They are very absorbent.

We had to go back and buy many, many more of these after getting the first batch. They are so great that we put them in all three bathrooms as well as the kitchen. Soft and super absorbent, they are not only great for kitchen counter and drying dishes, but fabulous for wiping down bathroom counter tops and especially the glass shower. NO STREAKS!I think we have about 48 of them at this point. One caveat: Wash them separately from other towels, or they won't work as well. One reason to have a lot of them is that you can do a whole load of JUST these towels, once every few weeks.

Our past experiences with microfiber-type kitchen towels have not been the best. Some smear around the water and are scratchy but these towels are neither. They absorb water very well right out of the bag and even after several washes now they still feel great and dry dishes and hands easily. They are also a good size as you can see from the picture.

One day, I looked at our rag-tag bunch of kitchen towels, something you never seem to throw away, and decided that would live it up and just replace them all. I bought a couple packages of these and could not be happier. They are beautiful, soft, absorbant, and inexpensive.

I absolutely love these kitchen towels. They were such a value as they actually do their job. Their oversized and very absorbent. They wash up very nicely and always look great. I am very pleased with this product and feel I am more than got my moneys worth.

I must say I was sceptical of the claim that these were very absorbent, but I love them so much and they dry so well that I have actually moved my old cotton clothes to the rag bin! When dry, these micro fiber towel sop up every drop in one pass making drying anything an easy chore. The pic is taken close up to show the softness in the material. Worth the cost.
