Thrilled to have three bottles of salt tablets handy. One for work, one for home, one for my purse. I have been on a very low carb diet for 2 1/2 years and struggled the entire time to get my electrolytes right. Now, I'm finally feeling good since I've add 3 or 4 of these tablets to my daily routine. This is exactly what I needed. So glad I researched sodium more and found these tablets. As others have stated, be sure to drink a full glass of cold water if taking on an empty stomach to decrease the risk of vomiting. DO NOT TAKE WITH A WARM BEVERAGE (LIKE COFFEE), UNLESS YOU ARE WANTING TO VOMIT.

LIFE SAVER!! No joke. I was going downhill fast with my adrenal problems and POTS. I have been bedridden for 2 months from a severe POTS problem and dehydration. I have been using the sodium chloride tablets like they're nobody's business! In 2 months, I've recovered quite a bit. Still a long way to go, but the salt and a few other products I've used and lot n' lots of water have helped tremendously. Thank God for these! I just ordered another 3 bottles. I'm afraid they are going to not be available at some point, so I'm thinking of purchasing like nine bottles (they come in packs of 3) so I'll NEVER go without. There are certain supplements that are must haves for me for my fatigue, adrenal problems, and POTS. This is at the top of the list.

I have a sodium disorder and must take a daily NA supplement. This is an inexpensive way to meet my daily health requirements. It is the same as the medical sodium sold by rip-off drugstores that require a prescription. You know that store with "green" in its name.

I have been using this product for a couple of years now and am happy with the results. I have coronary heart disease and two heart attacks, however; the last two times I had to go to the hospital (thinking another heart attack) I was diagnosed with hyponetremia (lack of salt). So, with the approval of my doctor, I've been taking these tablets since then. Normally, I had to have my pharmacy order them for me. Then, I thought maybe Amazon has them available & I was so happy to find them so easily online, so easy to order, for the right price, and at my front door the next day . . . Between autonomic neuropathies and endocrine diseases, there are a lot of conditions that require salt to improve your livelihood. I used to have no capacity to get through a full day. Taking these lets me have enough energy to not desperately want a nap in the middle of the day, keep my muscles from aching, keep my blood volume up, and who knows what else but it helps more than my prescriptions at this point.Compared to other salt tablets, this one is more condensed, so I only need to take 3 a day for good effects compared to 6 for other brands. The texture also doesn't get stuck on my tongue when I try to swallow like ThermoTabs. Glad to not have to eat soup everyday anymore for my salt intake!
