I had trouble with the first pen that I got. Ingeniosity's customer service was great and sent me a working pen. Once I got the new pen, it worked as expected and the quality is as expected. I give their customer service 5 stars. They were very responsive and extremely easy to deal with.

This thing is awful. And, on top of that, it doesn't work. Perhaps I received a defective one. But, it is so shoddy that I wouldn't want it if it did work and I don't believe it would for long. It is also very old technology as it claims to support Windows 98 with no mention of later versions of Windows.

Pretty much works as advertised. I had a issue with the first pen (SD card was missing and one of my own didn't want to want to go in at all. The seller immediately sent me a replacement. Top notch service.

This product works great,i didnt have amazon prime when i ordered it ,and i got it within 3 days,the only fault,the pen doesn't write,but no biggy thats not my purpose for it anyways,,it is just what i expected. Thanks ingeniosity products and thanks amazon, you're the best.
