The flavor is just as described. Smooth dark chocolate with notes of berry . It's not bitter at all and I enjoy very dark & bitter chocolate as well. This chocolate elevated my decadent, Chocolate orange & raspberry cake coated in ganache.

This is perfectly OK chocolate, but really not any better than what can be purchased in any supermarket.Kudos to the company for the hype, though.
