These tissues used to be hard to start out of the box. The first 2 or 3 tissues would tear and be useless. The most recent deliveries seem to be much better and work as expected. Thanks Amazon for fixing this!

I love Puffs; I have literally been using them for over 60 years. They are not scented which would bother my allergies. The major competitor's tissues are too harsh and the bargain brands are too weak. And I really like being able to get them without lotion.

This is the only facial tissue that will not disintegrate in the wash if you accidentally leave a tissue in a pocket (says Consumer Reports). Puffs "Soft and Strong" is exactly what it claims to be. This is a very good quality tissue.

I disliked nothing about the tissues. I did not understand how a box was crushed when they were shipped in a sturdy box. A little disappointing, but certainly not a deal killer.

I love Puffs! I like the lotion-free ones. They're very soft and were delivered within 2 days.

The product I received was okay, but I was sent Puffs "Ultra Soft", not "Ultra Soft & Strong". This is disappointing because the "Ultra Soft" product is a lower tier tissue.
