Yummy and Healthy for Anyone Trying to Lose Weight
I love mocha frappes. My favorite ones are from Starbucks and McDonald's. I tended to drink them a bit to often. So when I decided to try to lose weight dropping the high calorie frappes was going to be a big hurdle. I started looking up frappe recipes hoping I could tweak them by reducing sugar/sweeteners and increasing protein. It didn't go so well. Luckily I stumbled upon Fit Frappe and it solved all of my problems. It was mocha flavored, low in calories, high in protein, and best of all super easy to make.Compared to all the mocha frappe recipes I found online, Fit Frappe was a piece of cake. The recipes I found required complex mixtures of coffee, ice, ice made of coffee, sugar, artificial sweeteners, shots of espresso, syrup, milk and other odd ingredients. Fit Frappe only needed water, ice, and the mix.It tastes pretty good. I'm not going to lie though; it doesn't hold a candle to Starbucks or McDonald's. The mocha taste is present and tastes good but it's mired by the taste of protein. If you've ever drank a protein shake you know that protein taste I'm talking about. If you're fine with the taste of protein you'll be fine with Fit Frappe. If you're like me though and you've never really liked protein shakes, the good news is that the mocha flavoring makes the protein more palatable. I could never down an ON whey protein shake without gagging but I can drink Fit Frappes all day long.Nutritionally Fit Frappe is awesome. I typically make a 16oz drink which contains 130cal and 21g of protein. Comparatively a Starbucks grande mocha frappe made with 2% milk and no whip has 290cal and 4g of protein. McDonald's medium mocha frappe with no whip has 430cal and 7g of protein. This is a huge deal if you're counting calories like me. I can drink a couple of these a day and still consume less calories than Starbucks and McDonald's.On a side note I'd like to say that when I bought this product I was nervous that it wouldn't blend well in my blender. I have a pretty basic Oster blender and when I've tried to make my own frappes in the past the ice and other ingredients didn't blend well creating something that either had too much liquid or too much ice. I thought my proportions were off or that I need to get one of those expensive ninja blenders. Luckily Fit Frappe doesn't need a high end blender. Their recipe makes a really nice frappe that isn't too thick nor too thin. But if you're using a low end blender like mine you need to make sure all the ice is blended otherwise the texture will come out wrong. All in all I give Fit Frappe 5 stars and my highest recommendations. It's helped me break my mocha frappe addiction and it's helping me to lose weight now. I'm down 15lbs thanks to it.

Great Protein Drink
7/28 - I really LOVE this product (the mocha flavor)! I usually don't like most protein drinks but after reading the reviews for this product on various websites I decided to give this a try. I have been drinking it in the mornings in place of my coffee and as a meal replacement. It has really kept me from getting so hungry by lunch time. The first time I made it I used unsweetened vanilla almond milk in a blender bottle. I've always thought protein drinks have tasted better with the almond milk. It was really good but actually kinda on the rich side so the next morning I tried using water. It was just as good with water. At 60 calories, 1.5 grams of fat and hardly any sugar for one scoop and a taste that makes you think you are really cheating, you can not go wrong with Fit Frappe. The container suggests using 7 fl oz of water to make an 8oz serving but I use anywhere from 10-12 ozs of water and it tastes wonderful and you have more to drink. If you are looking for a great tasting protein drink you should definitely give this a try.8/4 - Since adding my initial review I have now tried the Vanilla Latte flavor. It is really good too. I mix it with 12 ozs of water in my blender bottle but I also like to add a dash of fat free french vanilla creamer since it has no sugar it's not sweet on it's own. I can drink it without the creamer but it just makes it more yummy when adding it (tastes like something you'd buy from a coffee shop to be honest). Next on my agenda will be to try the espresso flavor. :) Hope any of this helps.

Awful, Unworthy of the Big Train name
I am a fan of Big Train ice frappes. I've tried most flavors. Besides just having them as directed, I would add a scoop to my protein shakes to make it better. I've tried almost every protein shake out there and most are just ok at best. So, adding Big Train mocha frappe mix always made things better. Unfortunately Big Train has lots of sugar, so I was looking for an alternative. I tried all sorts of protein coffee drinks, all were bad and then I I saw the Big Train Fit Frappe. It sounded like the answer to my problem. The reviews were good, and I ordered it. It was awful. I forced myself to mix it w/other protein mixes, and decided never to buy again. Well a few years pass, and I'm still looking for a good mocha protein mix. I see Fit frappe and it's got good reviews. I remember I tried it before, but I thought since time has past, maybe now I'd like it. Unfortunately, I hate it. My first sip and the flavor reminded me of meat. I drank some of it, but couldn't finish it. I wasted money on this, so I tried it several other times, mixed w/other protein mixes, frappe mixes, even Big Train frappe mix. It was just tolerable with the Big Train frappe mix, and I didn't even want to finish it. Big Train really dropped the ball on this product. I guess I just have to give up on finding a good mocha protein drink. Bummer.

I really love this powder
I really love this powder! I tried the espresso flavor, and I was very skeptical that this would actually taste like coffee. I was pleasantly surprised! It is a little on the sweet side, but the espresso comes through, too. It does not have that chalky or chemical-like feel/taste that some protein powders can have. I like to brew a hot chocolate k-cup, then add 2 scoops of Fit Frappe, some ice and about 4 ounces of low fat milk, then blend. The result is something that tastes like a coffee shop blended drink. I will definitely buy again, but probably the 3 pound size.
