Is this the same french store Queen Victoria got marron glaci from?

I can't tell you that for sure because Queen Victoria hasn't confided in me, but I will say that I order this to make Mont Blanc or montebianco desserts and it's my experience is that the times I ordered these chestnuts they were stale, disappointing and expensive. The dessert ends up costing over 40 dollars when also using the chestnut puree so I stopped making it. They originate in France or Italy.
