I accidentally poured boiling water on my wrist and it burned like crazy! After cooling it off in cool (not icy) water for about 5 minutes, as instructed, I put this Combat Ready Balm all over the burn and then covered it up with a Telfa Non-Adherent Pad . Twice a day I put rubbed fresh Balm on the burn and put a new Telfa Pad over it. It's healing beautifully!!! No blisters even. So glad I had some of this Balm to use when I needed it.

Bought this for a family member suffering from advanced skin issues from chemotherapy. It has been a wonderful help. Healed up some blisters, deep cracks in fingers and feet and helped restore skin texture from leathery more to normal. It is very thick so plan on when to utilize the cream. Only alert...for those with sensitivity to smells it has a strong scent...floral not medicinal.

This stuff is amazing! My son suffers with really bad reactions to mosquito bites. We have tried cortisone, benadryl, anti itch spray, prescription triamcinolone acetonide - nothing works. Last week both of his ears were swollen from bites looked like cauliflower, put the combat ready on at night he woke up and swelling was completely gone.. This morning he had a big bite on his eyebrow, the whole eye swollen shut. Put the cream on the upper part of lid / brow and within an hour the swelling is gone. I don’t know what miracle is in this stuff but it is amazing. Highly recommend for any ailments.

I ordered his balm a year ago during a particularly dry winter, when I developed eczema on my face. The balm improved the dry skin scales overnight and since then, I've used it to treat very dry heels and bottom of feet, my hands after dish washing, and whenever my skin feels tight or dry. It's a wonderful product. It's also helped my husband, who suffers from psoriasis. His hands, particularly, get dry and scaly, and this balm has helped immeasurably. I've ordered the balm twice since purchase, to give to family and friends, but I'm still using the original jar. A little goes a long way. Excellent product.

I first bought Combat Balm at a local store because it claimed to work well to reduce the itch on bug bites and I get them a lot in the summer. And it wasn't just a claim - it really works to sooth the itch of bites and other things that can cause itch. It is also great for dry skin in the winter if you get an especially rough patch. We have used it on our kids as well. I definitely recommend it.

My hands are a disaster from all the rubber gloves and hand washing. While my hands are still mostly dry, this is very soothing and easy to rub in.
