Its cute, it works, I'm happy!
I love this. Its so cute! And its easy to use and everything was there as in the picture. I've already used thsi on metal and it actually engraves. Most sstuff just scratches the metal. But this one ACYUALLY DOES THE JOB!

Overheating
Very poor quality I haven’t used it much and the battery won’t keep up it keeps overheating! Had high hopes for the price. Too late to return so am ordering a new one now :(

Not so good but still ok
I only opened it up I think it's for fingernails the one tip I tested did nit work on glass. Maybe I can use it on other projects.

Good for what I got it for.
The media could not be loaded. Quick simple put together. Seen reviews that it didn't come with directions so I wanted to post. Hopefully I did it right lol. I got these to scratch some little metal plaques for an urn so I'm hoping it works.

Just what I needed and wanted
Small enough to do delicate work without having to charge it all the time because it has a cord that you can plug in.

Not too great
It sort of works. The pen engraver works way better. The machine looks like it's actually supposed to be a nail drill for pedicure/manicure. Trying to engrave glass, the bit will loosen, and it does not engrave very deep. It feels kind of like a rip off. Okay if you're looking to file your nails, but if you want something that's going to do a great job easily look for something else.

Engraving for security
I just moved the family home and had a lot of tools and ladders and metal things of my fathers. So I wanted to mark them because so many people that I didn't know we're coming in and out of the property and going in the garages. It gave me a sense of security to know that our name and address was on things

Convenient
The ONLY con I've seen so far is that I can't use 1 of my other shafts lol, otherwise, it has to be the easiest tool I've ever used aside from a stapler.
