Just got this item, fast charger in the box, no batteries. Took a bit of study to get it set up with date and time. Hold up was AM/PM which required to cycle thru ALL hours to get into the correct am/pm choice. Memory works and with both of us using the unit, the 2 person ability is great. Cuff is a bit stiff, but functional and does not require cinching like our other unit. Same Ormon brand. VERY reliable, just needs a printer after ten years use. I recommend the company and the unit. PS: it retains upto 200 results, 100 each. works on batteries OR the wall charger, REC/md getting the carry case for travel purposes. Dont risk dropping or crushing. Compared to our other unit (ten yrs old) and Dr office unit, this one is ON THE MONEY. And since it rem the readings, you do not have to keep journals.

I use it for my blood pressure monitor. I was going through too many AA batteries. This power supply has a longer cord than some and that made it very useful in the location where I keep the device.

Why did you pick this product vs others?: I have an Omron 5 blood pressure monitor. This power adapter does not connect tightly to the monitor. So you have to ensure the monitor is "connected" before using it. Otherwise it works fine.

Awesome device. Why did I buy it. II bought a new Blood Pressure machine. The Omron BP742N 5 Series Upper Arm Blood Pressure Monitor. Needed this. I have high blood pressure. And being able to monitor it is essential to me being able to counter act this health issue. But my problem with an old BP monitor is that it used batteries only. Got tired of buying new batteries. And oddly enough I couldn't find my old BP monitor. So I bought a new BP monitor and got this AC power adapter to go along with it. And it was one of the best decisions ever! Pros : Long. Can go many feet into an outlet. Easy to use. Plugs in very easily. No struggle. Has an extension for foreign outlets. Nice addition. Cons : None!

Have been using the power adapter for a week, no issues so far. Use it for the HEM-7320 and have yet to see any issues light on the screen or with the measurements while using AC power. Solid and well priced charger.

Item is very nice and quality and shipped in a timely fashion. No complaints at all! However Amazon should NOT recommend with the purchase of a new Omron cuff because my cuff came with an AC adapter already. So I was a bit fooled and now have a second adapter I will likely never use but didn't spend enough to mail it back and return. Will donate instead.

I got this for my BP5350 Omron blood pressure monitor. I did my homework to make sure I was getting one that supposedly fit my model. I chose this one because it specifically listed the cord accessory from my user manual--HEM-ADPTW5 and it was a good price while sounding reliable. Unfortunately, it does not operate my monitor. It does not seem to be a matter of fit, but nothing happens no matter what I try. I will be returning it and having to roll the dice on another one.

The adapter plugs into the wall, has a long cord and jack which plugs into the back of the Omron. I leave it attached at all times and haven't changed batteries in month - the Omron eats batteries for lunch. Operation of the Omron works just as before. I'm pleased.
