whats the difference between this and the translucent one?

I haven't tried the translucent one, but this one is also very translucent. I like to use it under my eyes and in my highlighted zones... but, you'll still need another lighter concealer underneath as this is pretty sheer. It completely eliminates my eye makeup transferring to my under-eye area.

Is it the real one? Why is it cheaper than in Nordstrom website?

It seems to be real, at least the couple of times I’ve ordered it through Amazon.

Why is there Chinese writing in the back. Is this a authentic product ?

I have ordered this item a couple of times through amazon, and neither has had Chinese writing on the back, so I’m not sure.

Was the little box supposed to have cellophane on it? Because this did not. Also, there was powder everywhere.

There should have been a round seal inside the powder covering the shaker holes.

Perfect for under eyes!

I love this for brightening under my eyes on top of my undereye concealer! It’s so finely milled you can’t even feel it, unlike regular powder. Even tho it looks white, when you dab it on, it keeps your concealer from moving around. It also keeps my bottom lashes mascara from leaving spots on my skin due to the powder’s texture (or lack of)! This brand is the best available and is worth the money. It only takes a tiny amount.

Quality product. My second buy of Laura Mercier's Secret Brightening Under-eye powder. Does what is advertises: Fine, soft non-caking talc, brightens up ones eyes on its own or after applied make-up. Lasts a long time. I love the product!

Buyer beware!

At first, I really like this product. Brightened my eyes up. But after a few days, I started getting pain behind my eyes and pain in my eyes! It was really bad. So, I stopped using it. All those symptoms went away. So, I tried using it again. Pain came back. So I chucked it in the trash. So, that money down the drain.
