I have had several of these hammock style seat covers, all from different companies and at all different price points. I can honestly say that this one is the best by far. I was a little worried when I ordered it - one reviewer said that it was best for smaller dogs. My dog weighs 75 pounds and stands about hip high, so I thought I might be sending it back. When I opened it though, I knew that it was going to be perfect - even before I put it in my car.This seat cover is VERY WELL MADE. Its quilted and thick and substantial. I've had covers before that slid all over so that by the time my dog got comfy, the cover didn't really didn't cover the seat. This one stays on the seats and fits my Subaru Crosstrek perfectly. The sides can be zipped up to protect my car doors and the see through netting makes it easy for me to check on my dog...and for him to see me. The striped pattern is pretty unique and I really like it. It also comes with two super sturdy dog seat belts. This is one of the best deals on Amazon. Seriously, for $25 you can keep your car clean and your dog safe. I really haven't tested the waterproof-ness, but I have no doubt that it will protect my seats from mud or water or even those messy dog accidents.I'm actually going to order another for when this one eventually wears out (as they all do) and if you want a good seat cover that's cool looking and really works, buy this one - even if you have a large dog.

Love this product. My little yorkie does not like riding in the car and I have tried everything to make her less nervous. We travel 45 min twice a week in the summer and the ride was very stressful with her. Previously I just had a doggie seatbelt and she was always trying to get on my lap or she would stand on the console and lean on my arm. Made for a very distracting and stressful ride. I got the car seat last week and used it for the first time. Even though she was not crazy about it in the beginning, she finally laid down and was quiet the entire ride. Less stressful for me!. The product is sturdy, attaches easy, has a nice padding for her to lay on, and I like that it is adjustable so she can see out the window. Cute design, love the pockets, and that it came with a doggie bag holder and a collapsible water dish. Highly recommend this product

So this worked really well for me. I like to maintain a very clean car so when I have passengers (human ones) they don’t feel like they are entering a dirty environment covered in fur (I love my fur children, but feel bad when other people are subjected to getting fur all over their clothing). This did just that. If you have a really large dog (maybe like a Great Dane) that sheds a lot and leans on things this is NOT gonna stop ALL the fur from getting around your car. ESPECIALLY if you open the windows and the wind blows their fur around. This product does what it says but don’t expect it to stop 100% of all fur especially if you’re putting an oversized dog into your back seat.

I am sO happy with this product, I ordered a second one to put back, for when this one wears out.I have had some experience with these car, seat covers, and this one buy far, is the best I have used.I have one happy 1 year old, who has plenty of room and can't scratch the leather up.He also enjoys watching me through the mesh, in the center of this cover and is very comfortable.I did however, feel it necessary to add a cotton towel, just for added comfort.The stitching is excellent and the straps are very strong, along with top quality clips.Packaging was also excellent. The cover has a great zippered bag, to keep the product in, when not in use.Again, this product receives an A+,

This is perfect for my 4 lb. Yorkie. He has plenty of room to grow into it. He has room to sleep and stretch out or enjoy the scenery. If you have a small dog you might want to put a pillow at the bottom to prop him up so he/she can look at you or out the window. I'm pretty pleased with this purchase and my puppy feels secure and safe. The structure is very sturdy and the frame doesn't collapse on you while in use. It has nice metal frame and is made well and should last a very very long time. All the extra stuff (collapsible bowl and poopy bags) has come in handy and is a plus. I've done a lot of research and I'm glad I went with this purchase, it's a great value for what you are getting.

This is the best thing I could have gotten for my little boy. He loves it sorry I couldn't add pictures, but please take my word for it he is safe and comfortable, he's up high enough to see out. The reason I decided to get him a seat was I had to hit my brakes hard one day and he hit the floor, needless to say I felt so bad. I did a lot of searching and by far this one had everything I wanted for him. Very easy to put together, sturdy, comes with a water bowl, even a dispenser with waste bags. You cannot go wrong with this one.

There was a problem with the first one I received so I called the company (not Amazon) and they were amazing. They replied to my email with an hour and had a replacement sent to me within the week. Fabulous customer service! I didn't even have to return the defective seat and they included a dog toy with the new one. My dog loves the seat too, it allows her to look out while she is riding in the car which eases her anxiety. I also feel much better knowing she is safely fastened in rather than just lying on the seat next to me. It’s soft and comfy and was very easy to get set up. I highly recommended it!

This is clearly meant for small dogs, but my ‘pocket pit’ likes to stand on the very edge of the seat and tends to slip off, so I thought I’d give it a shot. She’s 38lbs (just a bit bigger than Beagle-sized) and she loves it! Makes me feel a lot better about her safety in the seat and about her not falling if I need to stop quick. Looking forward to using it on long road trips!One star off because one of the tether straps isn’t long enough to fit around my Jeep’s bucket seat, so I just don’t use it. (The back flap that covers the seat. I just tucked it in.) But it’s still very sturdy and doesn’t shift around at all!
