Does this work on all shades of skin?

I think it does, because it is translucent. I've used it when my skin is pale & also when I had a sunburn & noticed no difference.

how do you get the powder out of the container?

There is a plastic shield over the holes that you have to peel off. Then you can shake the container slightly and the loose powder will come up through the holes.

Does this come with a puff?

Does nor come with a puff but a powder brush works well installed of a puff!

Does this product have glitter tones in it?

No, it doesn't. It provides a nice matte finish.
