Powerful little gems!
These are small but really pack a punch and have great range. Crystal clear highs, great mids and good bass. Can handle plenty of power. Perfect size for a small studio apartment. Bought them on sale, what a deal!

Steal of a Deal
I bought these for $259 a pair, and they are a fun listening speaker. I have played them at 95 dBL’s with zero strain, and a nice bumping bass beat. They play great with either my NAD or Yamaha integrated amps, or my Denon & Yamaha AVR’s. Perfect for albums with heavy guitar riffs and hard grooving. They have decenttransparency and clear vocals. If you are looking for a really flat frequency response and total accuracy then these may not be the right speaker for you. Fit and finish is very good and they are weighty. I have owned them for 9 months and zero issues.

Exceeded expectation
Earlier this year I purchased a set of RP-280F front towers and RP-450C center speaker for my 5.1.2 setup, based on all the great reviews. They met and exceeded expectations for sound quality. In fact, I was so impressed that I decided to complete my setup with the RP-150M for my surrounds. Originally I was going to stick with my Definitive SM350's as my surrounds since they sounded great, and surround duty is not nearly as critical as the front channels. But I changed my mind when I saw the 150M's on Amazon for a good price. I am happy with my decision as all my channels are now timbre matched, and sound exceedingly great (Def Techs are now in my office).Crispy, clean highs, nice warm midrange, and clearly defined lows that pack a punch when it's supposed to be there. These are amazing speakers, and most reviews online would agree. The only drawback is that each speaker is rather large, so make sure you have room to place all of them in your room, as well as extra space to let them 'breathe' via the rear ports. It is nice from time to time to have products meet/exceed expectation when you buy them. The Klipsch Reference Premiere line does that for me. Serious bang for buck when it comes to sound quality, dynamic range, and ability to rock the house. Highly recommended.

Incredible Budget Sound!
Dissatisfied with soundbars, my first foray into the world of component home theater setups was the Yamaha RX-V385 receiver with 4 Klipsch R-41M bookshelf speakers for L/R/SL/SR, the Klipsch RC-42ii center channel speaker and 2 Klipsch R-12SW subwoofers.Difference between this setup and my previous soundbars was night and day, couldn't believe how much I'd been missing! Then, Amazon recently had their Amazon Days with Prime Early Access so for a great price I upgraded to 4 Klipsch RP-150M bookshelf speakers and the Klipsch RP-250C center channel speaker.I thought their Reference line was good (and it is), but their Reference Premier line is jaw-dropping incredible!I'm no audiophile but the difference in clarity, depth & separation is amazing! It sounds like I'm hearing as much more with the Premier line compared to their Reference line as I heard with their Reference line compared to my $900 soundbar! My front room is an acoustical nightmare and our oak entertainment center severely limits my speaker placement options, but even with those limitations my wife gave our new setup the ultimate compliment: "It's like being in a movie theater!"Klipsch sound quality has always been good to superb (depending upon speakers, setup, room acoustical qualities, etc) but in my humble opinion, start with their Reference Premier line, the slight extra cost is well worth it compared to their Reference line.

Do not pass on these
I’d never bought a pair of decent speakers before, and there’s so much competition it’s hard to know what to choose. An important factor for me was I wanted American speakers which knocked about 95% of the competition out, add quality and budget and these came out on top. I was a little bit hesitant at first and when they arrived they were out of the box and wired in about 5 minutes. I wasn’t sure what to play and settled on a track by Scott Walker called “Matilda” which is driven quickly by an aggressive orchestra that covers all the highs, mids and lows. My Jaw literally dropped, the bass was deep, without any distortion and the highs driven by the violin section seemed to hover over the top of the speaker. But that’s just for starters, the mid range seriously made me choke up, there were parts I’d never heard before. I followed that With Bowie’s “Moonage Daydream”and Kraftwerks “Neon Lights” and these speakers were mine, I’d literally fight to keep them. I’ve had then for about 3 months and as they broke in more warmth and presence developed. It’s one of those rare purchases that I feel lucky to have, I play music everyday and the way they look never gets old.

Nice speaker for the price.
As some reviews note, these speakers are very "revealing" of the source material, and if the source has a hyped high end, then the speakers may come across that way, but as I say I think that is really just a function of the speaker's accuracy. Great recordings sound great. The speakers are very sensitive and I noticed that my receiver's volume control is generally set at a lower value with the speakers that preceded them, for a given volume level. I tried toeing them in toward the listening position but I found that this seemed to narrow the soundstage detrimentally and returned them to a position parallel to the room walls. I am sure that the sound is not as refined as speakers costing multiples more money, but for $375.00 they are hard to beat. I have paired them with the Klipsch R-110 subwoofer and find the combination to be very pleasant for all types of music and movies. Now I just have to work on that center channel . . .
