Oil Filter Wrench Strap Wrench,Used to Remove Various Oil Filters，Nylon Rope Strap, Oil Filter Removal Tool

Cup-shaped filter wrenches tend not to grip well to remove the filter on my Corolla (the filter is pretty small). And there's no room to use a standard strap wrench. But this fits well in the tight space between the oil pan and the filter. Slide the web strap over the filter, hand twist the bar to snug it up, then use a 1/2" breaker bar to really crank down. The filter *WILL* twist off (it will also be utterly crushed).This should be the only filter wrench you need for all of your vehicles. I've never seen an oil filter too large for this, and it also works on very small ones (Fram 4967 and 7317, for example). Plus it takes less room in your toolbox than other wrenches. Very effective.I bought one of these many years ago at my local parts store, and probably used it 40+ times until the strap got cut a bit...that was the end, after it was cut, the torque pulled it right apart. But I got my money's worth out of that one. This new one works equally well, and I look forward to also getting my money's worth out of this.

While i havent used the tool exactly, i have used one just like it at work that is critical for dodge ram truck with fuel filters over the drive shaft. These filters seize themselves on there unless you lube the gasket some before you put it on the truck. Nonlubed filters get stuck and often take two people to remove even with this tool. But it would be completely impossible without this tool

Made with cheap materials. Broke first time I used it to remove a seized oil filter on a Toyota Corolla. Waste of money

I had a stubborn oil filter that just wouldn't come off. I'd broken an octopus wrench on it already. Tried this and it tore the nylon before budging the filter.I'm putting this as a more neutral review because the design is great. It'll get into tight areas, and it sure seems to put out a lot of force. Just might not be the tool for a really, really stuck filter.

Excellent wrench for boat filters which are usually in difficult spots. Seems very durable and can take the stress of heavy pushing and pulling in bad spots. Recommend this wrench.

As far as I can tell this tool is pretty good, basically it is a square tube with a seat belt on the end. I have used a very similar tool to this one and is great for those big filters or hard to reach..

Works great on on different size filters.

This item works well, I feel like it’s a good value for true money. You can change any size filter.
